Well, my problem is that I don't know why the spin-off tag was rejected, while this manga is creally a spin-off and is advertised as such in Galette.

This is spin-off. Not a prequel of the main story of Coton Candy. It's about a side character, Bun-chan, and her past. It has nothing to do with the story of Cotton Candy.

Takeshima Eku should find someone who knows how to write a story for her manga. Her art is not enough for a longer series.
