I´m every time happy to see Doujins like this one. I do like the pairing of Meiling and Sakuya very much. And the best thing Meiling isn´t treated like some useless idiot.

Why this has no Heartbreaking tag

So if the fight of Remilia and Ran were to go on for just another minute Ran would have died, Remilia considers it a loss despite the fact that she won.
But whats way more badass is the fact that she clearly won against Yukari, Yuuka, Yuyuko and the Prismrivers all at once but considers it a loss to because she didn´t kill them. I mean What if Flan wouldn´t have intertwined? Flan clearly saved all of their lives and there is not even a ohh hey thank you little girl for stopping your sister from killing us.
Also I love Badass Meiling bribing Flan in living together was such a sly move.

All in all a really great work displaying a very interesting origin story of Yukari and Ran I really like to reread this again and again. Also because of how badass Remilia is in this one (not considering this AHHHH my sister has gone mad thing because this was really kind of just not fitting, of course still better than her killing everyone because hey the whole story wouldn´t work out like this when both MCs die)

Ah, this is quite sad. Although I'm still slightly confused as to why Yukari can't see Reimu in the afterlife, I can accept that she can't. I do think it's sweet, or bittersweet rather, how Yukari says that she's had countless meetings and partings but Reimu's has stuck with her the most.

So do all of the Hakurei shrine maidens look the same then?

Rather than looking the same its the Outfit. Even these hair ornaments are part of the Hakurei Mikos Dress. so unless you actually see her face it is quite possible to think they are the same.

Remilia most likely came from somewhere in Europe seeing her clothing and the architecture of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. But she definitively came from the outside world.

So there comes the twist. I wondered if this were going on forever without one not that this would be ok too.

I didn't quite get the plot. I know that Reimu killed Sanae's parents, but idk why she did it. Can someone explain it to me?

Sanae's "parents" being Kanako and Suwako is what I'd expect, and this is probably a darker version of the game where they tried to take over Reimu's shrine and she won by destroying them. Just a guess though.

I thought Kanako and Suwako had their own shrine.

Well, Kanako was originally a conquering god, which was how she ended up attached to Suwako whose land she claimed. In her first appearance in the games, she attempts to take over the Hakurei shrine by force, after Reimu refuses to just hand it over.

Wait a minute. You're telling me that Reimu could kill two goddess but couldn't defend herself against a shrine maiden? O_o

Don´t forget that Sanae is a shrine maiden too. Also a Descendant of Suwako so basically a half god herself and she was using Kanakos mirror. Also it´s still not Canon so it´s up to the writer.

yeah they do. but normally if I didn´t get the whole thing to wrong they shouldn´t age at all but they did. It´s a doujin so let it go^^

yeah I do understand that when comparing their personality but they look alike and the black haired girlfriend could be the same person. I know she isn´t but when they have their hair down they look really alike.

yeah but megumis Girlfriend has black hair too. The MC has nothing to do with this since she was rejected when Megumi told her she had a Girlfriend.

OK I read it again but I think the black haired girl is the same but in http://dynasty-scans.com/chapters/dusk_orange_the_blooming_flowers the blond is called megumi and in stay green Hiromi but I think they look much alike so I thought it was the same person. Now I´m confused.
