Not to my knowledge. It might be one of those thematic pairings, with Meiling being a gardener and Yuuka being a flower youkai with a large garden.

The houses are wrong, Claudine should be in Slytherin. I'd say Maya should also be Ravenclaw but there's some overlap between the houses so she could go either way.
