Egh, I know all the characters here are supposed to be sick one way or another, but Haruki doing the deed while Aya quickly crawled like a spider to her room to catch her in action is just ridiculous and hilarious. It removed that knot in the stomach feeling I usually have when reading this story.
The characters have sunk so low, that the story feels like the Scary Movie version of a horror movie.

Worst part is that she didn't do a backflip (or frontflip) like in Sakura trick while jumping.

I actually really like this manga for the characters and the art style. I just wish the author would realize that they've outgrown the framing device and it's time to do more with the characters.

Well, with graduation coming up and the talk of possibly moving to Tokyo, it looks like we are actually starting to see more.

My guy, she's not straight. Marika is gayer than the sun is hot. She's just in the closet and has too much pride to admit otherwise because admitting she was wrong would be a blow to her ego.

From what I understand it seems like she was doing these things for the sake of money, and an "easy win", but it's entirely possible I missed something.

Well, she certainly hadn't considered she might be swinging this way before all this, but her reactions every time Aya gets closer to her clearly show she's already falling for her even without the need of Aya's "education".

Did not expect the ending to be so lewd, though...

As dark as this was at times, it also gave some hope for a better ending to it all. Not that I would trust this series to get there anytime soon, though, if at all.

On one hand, Marika's comments on homosexuality are less her actual thoughts and more a calculated choice to go along with her friends. And by the second chapter she's clearly falling already just from feeling Aya close to her, no matter how much she protests. I do agree it may be a bit much to bring out porn, though, especially this early in the game. Might also be technically illegal, not that I'd expect people their age to have no interest in such things or not to secretly watch them anyway - but it goes against Aya's claims that a man might have gotten Marika into crime... The way Aya goes about things here, even if she says she wants to savor the journey, she may as well be doing this. Honestly, even Mai is clearly doing this better, but they both really should be taking things slower. Mai is doing far better at making her target fall on the friendship days, and Aya likely could actually "savor the journey" and get there just by closer skinship instead of this silly forced yuri education.
