^It's pretty much canon, actually. In the LWA game, it's revealed that Hanna saw Amanda in a suit, and has developed a huge crush on who she thinks is a super handsome guy. She eventually finds out that guy was actually Amanda, but continues crushing on her.

That's also part of why fan artists love to show Hanna in a state of gay panic.
And it fits nicely with the rest of her team being in popular pairings (Diana x Akko and Barbara x Lotte), so this way she's not left out.

According to the artist's commentary, these are the same office ladies from their Valentine's Day pictures, and this is happening between the long haired senpai's confession and them eating chocolate in the afterglow. Short haired office lady is so nervous that she's accidentally undressing completely out of order, which has quite the effect on her new partner.
