I can understand your point of view. But first of all, Rintaro Okabe is not a looser.
The fanservice is here on purpose, and only during the first twelve episode. The point here is to create a happy and not too serious atmosphere in order to constrast more with the second half which is much darker and without any fan service.
Well harem is a classic, I really don't like harem, just like you. But it did not bug me in SG since it really is not the main focus in the serie. Even the romance between KURISUTINA and Okarin (TUTU-TU) remains discrete.

PMMM is a masterpiece. I adore Otsu hyori, but some of her works really are depressing.
Masochist ^^ ? Maybe. But it's rather the lack of yuri that made me read those on my forbidden list. (lack of yuri is dangerous for your health y'know).

Edit : For those who liked Steins;Gate, I recommend you to watch the movie Steins;Gate: Fuka Ryōiki no Déjà vu, which is as good as the anime. That said; MWAHAHA, I AM MAD SCIENTISTO

Anon Fan-service in Steins;Gate ? Did we watch the same show ? There is no fan service besides the nyan girl and some boobs appearance on the first half of the serie, but it doesn't even matter, the plot, the chara design and development and the superb animation just make this anime a masterpiece.
But to each their own, I guess. ^^

If you like depressive stories that much, then you should watch PMMM, Angel beats (though I'm not fond of this one), and AnoHana.

It irks me every time Saber's gender is brought up, like how her swordsmanship is impressive because she's a woman. How Kiritsugu got upset at how ppl "pushed" all the responsibility on such a young girl. (Well, it would have been worse, imo, if seeing that she's a girl, they ignored her and didn't let her be King.) Ugh. Because if she had been a young boy, it would have been more acceptable, because a young girl's childhood/innocence is more important than a boy's. Meehh they're like, ppl from older times but still. For femininity to be associated with weakness still bothers me.

Well, just cus you saw THE BEST doesn't make other things less enjoyable, imo :P I liked it, though rather than time-traveling, I was more focused on the mystery/thriller part, how he has to integrate his role as a young boy and figure shit out. I kinda like that, the kind of plots that have children in crime-centric plots vs the world of adults, I find it highly interesting, + his relationship with the other children.

Well I didn't really like the MC, and the way some character behaved was not really realistic, like the blond-haired boy who was way too smart for a child like that, or the MC itself who sometimes behaved like a real child although he's supposed to be 26? years old.
+ the culprit is obvious once you watched the second ep. But it is still an enjoyable show with a good animation, and that's not too long !
You HAVE to watch Steins;Gate.

Faust Well Rin has an important role in the fate serie, since she is one of the MC in UBW and she gets a lot of screentime and development in this serie. She's a tsundere like but thanks to the scenarist she has a depth background and personality, even though she is not my favorite character. (Gilgamesh <3)
One of the good thing with fate is the lack of fan-service; you won't see big breast, swimsuits, ecchi and harem everywhere, and that is a really good point. Girls here are simple but beautiful and don't act like some braindead that you find in almost every anime.

Give us your feedback once you've finished the series, will be interesting.

Oh, you mentioned Erased. Hmm, can't bring myself to like this anime, I don't get the hype on it. I was maybe expecting too much of it. (well every time-travelling anime is tasteless for me since I watched the masterpiece and one of the best anime ever : Steins;gate).

Faust You should definitely watch fate/zero. It really is a great anime, better, darker and deeper than Fate stay night (which is really not great) or UBW. The gif I posted above is from F/0. Moreover, F/0 and FS/UBW are probably the most beautiful anime I've seen in term of animation, with garden of sinners (thanks ufotable).

Got to agree with Zujin, as long as you can play correctly, graphics are a plus. Even if being able to play guild wars 2 in ultra is something I really value

And there are "recent" game your computer can handle I think.

Zujin Do you run civ V with direct X 9 or 10 ? Up until recently, I had a crappy computer (i3, 4GB of ram, a shitty graphic card) but I could run civ 5 with decent fps on direct X9. That's good to hear some people here play civ 5 by the way, such a great game.

Old games are still very good. I still play total annihilation, cossacks, the first call of duty and ... championsheep rally (I bet no one knows this game lmao) and it's as good as it used to be.

You could try playing league of legends if you like MOBA; the game is free and you can play it on a toaster. And if you don't mind playing with the worst community a game ever had
Instead of buying an expensive pc, you can build one yourself, it's less expensive and you can choose any material you want (a good graphic card, a good processor ? cause i3 is like, crappy).

That's a general thing about rap, I guess. It's about the lyrics. So not understanding the respective language is a problem.

Brings me to one story: a few days ago I was walking near me house, earbuds on, sun shining fully, sunglasses at home. Was about to cross a road without looking, when around 5 cm from the road I felt a vibration inside of my pocket; one of my friends has messaged me. As I took the phone from my pocket, I've noticed a car passing through that road at the speed of roughtly 60km/h (a very urban area). So the fact I'm here and not in a hospital/6 feet under is thanks to my friend and her message. She's turned out to be my savior :P

People who drive fast in town just deserve to get their licence withdrawn. That said, crossing without looking is dumb. A simple glance can prevent you from spending the rest of your life in a wheelchair. Or in a coffin, but it's not really spending your life at this stage ...

On a side note, today I've learnt two things: 1. If the wind is really unkind to you, you can burn your nail while trying to light a cigarette with a half-snapped match and 2. Burnt nails are grey, not as smooth to touch, and burning them doesn't hurt, as long as you're not unlucky enough to burn your skin as well.

The Handmaiden is very good, it's right up there with Saving Face as my favorite gay movie. It's also based on Sarah Waters' novel Fingersmith, which is excellent.

Saving face is good but not my favorite. To me, the best gay movie is by far Mulholland drive. [which I also consider as the best movie ever].

Talking about Fingersmith, I remember having seen a movie adaptation but the novel remains way better.
