Seriously this president guy is, like, around 3 meters...Because he is almost double the size of the other guys, who I assume must be around 1.70-1.85.
Gay senpai is also extremely tall.

For me best art is Nanzaki Iku. She has done some ShizNat doujins too.

I will agree that wdtfs is better than the average Yuri. A good portion of these mangas can be boring af.
Problem with the Japanese Yuri and characters in general maybe, is that they build the characters around certain types and stereotypes. Like the yandere who falls in love with the average Joe, or the very shy character that the most popular girl-guy of the school falls for them for some reason.
Also there are a lot of stories, probably most of them, about school kids.

Manhwas and wdtfs on the other hand show more mature characters, and more importantly more realistic characters.
If this was a manga, Seju would be the crazy yandere, Sungji a cute moe and Sumin a harem main character.
But their characters are like real people and not cartoonish. Even though I've been talking about the negatives mostly, this was pretty good so far. After the end of second arc it has started being not that good, for the reasons people have been mentioning. And my main problem is the main couple.

Sure some people only care about pretty art and Yuri scenes, but this manhwa had shown more than just that. It had shown before that they also care about character development. But it seems they have forgotten that since the beginning of third arc.

The point is, is the NOW, the now is that Sungji is still very much in love with Sumin, and she's experienced how painful it is without Sumin. How, she missed Sumin, and how delirious she is without Sumin. And now that Sumin's back, willing, and asking her to taken Sumin back, it's not that hard of a decision. there's no FLAW or whatever else you might think. She's in love. and it should follow any rule, or reason, and she acted on it. And it's easy to give in, because she knows Sumin likes her as well.

So being in love is an excuse to forget everything and not even demand an explanation, right. Or not being able to get a hold of her urges?

She was pretty angry when she first caught them cheating, and there was no expand of that part. Sorry but this is kinda silly imo.
But at the end of the day it comes down to personal taste and what someone likes-dislikes in a story.

But I have a feeling Sungji will be revealed to be a genius mastermind who was planning all of this to get Sumin. I mean, she is too plain so far to be a protagonist so they need to add something more to her until the end.

Since this is a discussion, people will have to mention the negative side of the characters too. This is what creates arguments, because there is really not much to discuss in the last chapters besides "omg this is so hot" or "kyaa they are so cute and in love"

And some readers are genuinely disappointed. I really don't want to mention the reasons again, since this is getting repetitive.
But what I disagree on, is that this is a good development to give for someone who has been cheated on. Realistically, if someone is really in love and gets cheated, it is way harder to touch that person again so easily. But yeah this is a fiction, so this is asking too much.
I just think Sungji's character should have been stronger. Because Seju was already well developed, so she had to do more than just being cute.

Sungji and Sumin are not back together? Well after this it would be ridiculous imo. Because they just had the most bonding experience, as well as repeatedly saying I love you. So it would really be forced to separate them once again, just for the sake of prolonging the story.

p.s. I think I know exactly what kind of character development Seungji needs!
She needs to have been a competitive dancer (ballet) and needs to have had a girl friend who was an almost girlfriend, and then she needs to have gotten into an accident/gotten injured and quit dancing!
I think we need another one of these plot lines.

Lol this must be a reference to Love Doctor? To me after seeing it in FF I thought it was a stolen idea, so i dont want to see the same plot into another manhwa again.

Sungji will probably stay along the lines of cute and lewd until the end. At this point I don't really expect something more for her character. I mean why would they anyway? Her character is already popular.

The real plot twist was that Seju still didn't appear lol.

I'm not disappointed tbh, because I have been reading this for a year, and after a while you stop being so invested.

Also it could really be me, but Sumin gave me the feeling that she was sick in this chapter. She kept saying she was tired and she looked worn out instead of the pleasured worn out.

I don't think it's about being a Sungji fan. If someone looks the story and her character of what it actually is, they could see how this chapter was too sudden.
Some people say they are still communicating through their actions during sex, but I think this is more of a projection of what they think it is, rather than than what it actually is.

Sungji is a bit bland, and just like the usual main character cliche, this makes it easy for the readers to insert their own thoughts of who they think this character is, or the motivations behind their actions.
But the reality is, there is no actual back up or development of why Sungji acts the way she does.
I'd say she is a bit like Bella from Twillight.
The more specific a character is, the more developed they are, but this also makes it harder for some readers to self insert. That's why there is this phenomenon with bad mc.

Who is she? it really looks like she is an actual ghost. But it could also be a metaphor... I actually want her to be the first. It would be interesting lol. Although it would totally not match with the theme of this manga since it's only slice of life and not supernatural

I LOL'ed at the text. "Their love... is in a crisis!?" Has there been a time when their love is not in a crisis? They better switch it to "Their love... is NOT in a crisis!?" if they really want to surprise anybody.

Lol xD Is that a third girl? I thought it was Mei. She looks like the vampire version of her actually. Especially while she is drawn under the moonlight. It would be an interesting twist actually lol. Mei turning into a vampire when they have sex. Then her grandpa popping out cutting them and saying this happens to every Aihara when they first do it o.o

Well maybe this time the new rival wants Yuzu instead of Mei lol, since she also looks like her.

Also they are drawn in a daring position I'd say, but Saburuta can't fool us anymore lol.

I think there are way worse cases for showing the bad of this world besides cheating.
Of course cheating is really bad, but I personally don't find it triggering.

Even in Sumin and Sungji case of cheating, it could happen in a way worse way than that. For example, Sungji never finding out, keep her relationship happy with Sumin. Then Seju blackmailing Sumin about telling it to Sungji, so Sumin kept going back to sleep with Seju so she wouldn't tell anyone.
Or idk, someone from the three girls familly being really homophobic.

I think wdtfs readers follow this manhwa because they know it hurts. Pretty sure there are yurifans that completely avoid these type of stories and go for the usual only happy ideal ones. Which is not good imo.

This is not about Seju.
Try to be in Sungji's place for a bit. She got cheated and broke up with Sumin. Then her ex shows up in her house after a long time and after cheating on her and lying about a lot of stuff, and what is the normal thing to do in this situation?
Be completely fine with it,ask no questions and act like a horny teen that only wants that person for the sex. On top of that, Gaji tried to develop their "feelings" simply by making their sex scene even more like smut.

I disagree that sex is a way to know if a couple is compatible. Someone may like it with a partner, but on a personal, emotional and ethical level they could be a bad match. Besides, Sumin and Sungji have done it before, so it's not like they just get to know each other.

I think people have being put off by this particular chapter (at least me ) because of the situation that happened between them before that. Not because of the level of lewdness in it. It's like Sungji doesn't have much self respect and only cares about being with Sumin. Also it is still not explained why she loves Sumin so much.

I seriously don't get those people's logics at all. In whichever way you look at it, it was a situation where Sumin and Sungji were supposed to sit and talk to make things clear. How could they find it adorable and logically right for a couple to make up with each other that way, in that horny state?

It's not logical. It's easy and instand satisfaction. Just look at Fifty Shades...

Oh well, maybe Syngji and Sumin will talk about it in the future.

Also hello Martian Haven't seen you in a while :D I agree with what you said that this looks more like lust rather than love. It would be true in real life, but this is a fiction and I think the author tries to tell how much they love each other via having them do it like that without words.
Realistically, I think in most situations when a person was really in love and got cheated, they would find it hard to sleep with that person so easily, since they got really hurt and would feel in a very vulnerable position

Random thinking, I don't know if it's just me but I keep thinking there is a probability that Dawoon will meet Seju or work in her office. This is obviously a wild assumption, but for some reason I keep thinking it's gonna happen.

I think it's pretty possible. But it's still asspull nonetheless.

But seriously though, can anyone answer me this question, so now what does that leave for teamblonde?

I feel exactly like you. But I have emotionally distanced myself from this story since last arc.
My guess is more drama outside of them, like Sumin getting involved with some Seju drama and Sungji supporting her by cute stuff I guess.

I don't know, stories like this make me lose faith in humanity.
It's perfectly fine to ship Sumin and Sungji and hate Seju, i totally get it. But some people won't care about anything more than just that as long as there is hot enough sex.

And my problem is not that Seju has no chance, it's how the main couple is handled so far. It's weird how Sungji went back to sleeping with Sumin so easily after what happened.

^ that's true lol. Sex always sells, even if there is nothing more to it, and a lot of yurifans generally like the fluffy-happy type of characters and situations.

I just feel like they have changed the writer or something. It's surprised me to see a decent writer who was capable of creating such an interesting supporting character failed to develop the main protagonists. Sumin and Sungji fought and made up just like kids. The sex scene was way too unromantic to the point in which I found it hard to watch

I thought I was the only one who found this chapter a bit off-putting.
Oh well, it felt like they forgot who was supposed to be the main couple in the first arcs and were like "shit we need to sqeeze some Teamblonde now" or they simply thought that being a main couple with a good antagonist and some sex scenes automatically makes them good.

To certain extent she reminds me of The Joker from Batman, and very plausibly she might have borderline psychopathy too.

Well no wonder I like Joker too, but honestly i don't think Seju is a psychopath or anything lol, it would be a stretch to say so.

And do you guys see something strange ? Sumin boobs looks way bigger in this chapter. Did she inject some silicone in Japan during her moping period or sth ?

Lol I noticed that too haha xD Maybe her desire for Sungji made them grow...

Seju is a queen. But I hope they don't make her do something like the cheating situation again

I kinda dread her coming back to be honest. Because it will definitely be her suffering or maybe doing something bad.
I just wanna know the end of this story.

teamblonde being ok again is the cue for her grand comeback. Wait for it XD.

Lol I laughed at this.
Yeah I mean she has to move on. She was forgiven but still hasn't moved on. Chapters like this make me feel like this is more like a smut with story rather than story with smut.

I'll go ahead and be very optimistic and say that something bad will happen for a last time with Seju, Sumin finally forgives her and we get a glimpse of Seju being with a new woman in the end. Maybe even Nami.

It's just that they are buying time with her side story until the end now.
I'll wait until the very end to judge this better, but I think Sumin and Sugji should have been developed better than that.

Well Shuumatsu No Izetta was written by a guy, and it was pretty decent. Prism and KnM too.
Also Akuma No Riddle by a straight female
There are generally differences between male and female Yuri authors, but I don't think we can say that only lesbian females are capable of writing good Yuri stories.

Seju is prettier than Sungji. It's strange that, in the entire series, no one other than Sumin loved her.

Lol I've never thought about it this way xD
Yet women drop like water in Sumin's feet, which I really can't see why, since to me she is the most unlikable out of the three.

I guess even Gaji forgot about it, since they must worry more about how the endgame couple will appear. But it is weird indeed how no one else has liked Seju.
Anyway, I really can't picture Seju with someone else besides Sumin. I know it's very possible to add a new/old character as her next love interest, but I really can't see how it will work nice in such a short amount of time that's left to "develop" them.
Through out the whole series she has been very persistent on her unrequired love for Sumin.

At this point, it would feel a bit forced to introduce a new character for Seju. Even from the old ones, like Nami or Dawoon, there was not any development.

Unfortunately, even after the cheating, Sumin and Sungji's relationship doesn't seem to have changed at all. Their dynamic is the same as it always was, and it's weird how Sungji has gone straight to sleeping with her again, after all this time and after the cheating.
It had no real impact in their relationship, and that plot was just a device to fill more chapters and create some drama, so the readers wouldn't think that it would be unrealistic if Sumin and Sungji never had a fight until the end.

Seju and Sumin was special, and for this reason they should have made Sungji even stronger as a character. But even after all these chapters she is only cute and feels like she's simply just there.

Lol yeah. There is no way Katooka ends up with Washio.
Washio x Tsukasa seems quite possible tbh. In chapter 15 where she was talking about North Star, she said that the North Star changes and is replaced by a different one slowly. And the fact that Katooka is her North Star right now, but this eventually will be replaced.

Out of them three, at least that's the best combination imo. At least for now. But Tsukasa and Katooka seem so bad to me.
The guys is obvious they will end up together though.

My thing with this story is how no ones love is mutual, so it's hard to ship them.
I liked Tsukasa x Washio, but the latter seems too much in love with Katooka for that, and also there are barely any hints that she might lean towards Tsukasa.
Katooka is a b!tch, I don't like her. She crosses the line for likable antagonistic type of character for me, since I can't see any good traits in her.

I think the plot might become a bit too complicated, like someone's arc involving "I know that she knows that I know that she knows" type of secret.

Only good development so far is the guys, and I have a feeling Kyosuke (?) will say he knew that this was Tsukasa's brother all along.
I think yaoi can exist inside Yuri stories, like Their Story, but here the yaoi is becoming better than the Yuri ships, so it's a bit off balanced for a primarily Yuri story.
