I really hope this gets an ongoing anime series and not just a single season with an odd "made-up" ending. It's just such a warm series.

It's like someone took all the complaints of people about "slowburn" stuff and decided to make a manga around it. Dear Lord. Tune in next chapter where it turns out that Shun is already 9 months pregnant with Hinata's child

I wish authors would clearly state that a story is about a certain label so people who would dislike said label would avoid such stories.
It also doesn't change if they want to hold hands, have sex or just be roommates. The whole last volume just happens, rushes through plotlines that I can only assume had a bit more to them, and presents an ending. The most blatant thing is the sister and the horny teacher just being handwaved "Oh by the way those two are/will also be a thing".

It's like she failed a perception roll. Now how will Minami react?
a) She will carefully explain the situation to avoid any misunderstanding
b) She will admit to it just to try and push Yuzu and Hinori more
c) Something even more illogical happens to double the chaos

Platonic ending or not, this sure felt like it was trying to wind up something more but decided not to in the middle of trying.
But still, it was an okay story. I don't see anything unique or special about this one. It's just like a doughnut. Sweet and nice but nothing more.

So uh... This won't be an extremely weird but wholesome story about a girl gaining a bunch of friends due to her "superpowers" huh? I guess I'm like 20 chapters late to ask this. How am I supposed to go "haha silly overreacting Satsuki" after something like THIS?

I see quite more morally questionable the control freak red flags that Natsuko is throwing around. I mean, "don't get a job, I will provide all your money", "don't wear cute/sexy/nice clothes in public that others may see them", and the like, are treated here as "cute" but are actually BIG RED FLAGS

Isn't it just an overly exaggerated way of showing that Natsuko is worried and gives them chance to interact over it in a silly manner?

Not bad, I liked it. Although this won't change my attitude towards people like Breen. I'll still enjoy their movies "only" ironically. Even if I respect the guy himself.

While wanting to change and be more "sociable" by Shou is a good thing, the motivation behind it is not so much. Also, I do sort of... Uh... How to say it without it sounding bad? Applaud(?) the author for not just bringing in the bully card out of nowhere, as we already knew she was pretty much thought of as the weird kid and bullied (I think they threw her fish eye collection to the pond? And some other stuff. Maybe).
Chapters like this remind me why I enjoy this so much.

While those two pages are a tiny bit unsettling I don't believe this would that such a dramatic turn. Also, Umika must sleep like a rock to not notice another person in such a small bed.

So is this how Michi will "have" to acknowledge she can see Aizawa. Also, I'm pretty worried about the "reveal" as if done poorly it could ruin the whole thing. Which I'd hate since this is a great manga

I never really cared that much about this series, it was just a fun thing to follow. But I gotta admit, the last chapters were really more on the sweet side. And I don't mean that because of the doughnuts being involved.
Also, just what do you think of your friends if you think they'll act like elementary school boys >.>

Agreed. One of my biggest gripes with automne was how Yuzuriha chose someone who always toyed with her feelings, until the bitter end, while the Ringo ending had her actually start processing what she's been put through.

I felt like it all went downhill after the second game.

So is this manga self-aware and it understood that it would end once the main couple would get together, and thus is trying to postpone that for as long as possible? Is this just a poor creature clinging to the life I see before my eyes?

especially after they wasted the whole third game only to turn out to be some weird special agents or whatever. Sheesh, the fourth game was a mess. And while Erika and Chidori are great All the endings to the second game are just so emotional I do enjoy Suoh with Erika.

Wait, Sasaki and Ichigo are considered alternatives? But they were pretty kissy about their relationship at the perfect ending of the winter (last) one.

@ShortHairedCrow Just heard from a few people that it's not the best thing Shaft made. And MAL score isn't that much better. But I'm glad they're still doing it, with everything going on in the world. Especially if they managed to have movie crossovers with DC.

Ah yes, the only "fun" couple out of all those VNs. To believe I was surprised that it's the dominating pair in all the fanart when I first started reading those. How much more innocent I was back then.

Oh, I remember this one. Wasn't it called "ladybug"? I did enjoy this ship.
Also what happened to the show? Did it conclude? I know there was a mediocre anime reboot(?), but I haven't heard about the main series for quite a while now.

While I enjoy this very much, I can't shake the feeling of disappointment I'll feel once we reach the moment of truth. Unless this goes such crazy and unexpected ways it'll surprise me.

And here it is, the end. I really loved this story, so me saying what I'm about to say isn't me disliking it. But I really wouldn't mind something more firm at the end. I know, I know. They're basically married by now. I'm fine with how it was presented till the end because that's the kind of story this was. But just a little bit thrown our way at the end wouldn't hurt. Greed is part of human nature, or so they say. Regardless, the only REAL thing I'm disappointed with is that it's already done. What a fun journey this was. I enjoyed it, some bits more than others, but overall from start to finish I had a blast. I'll prolly revisit this story from time to time in the future.

This a sweet chapter. I think if this ends up with a bit of drama, it'll be fine. They need to learn and it's not like it's caused by a mysterious student/plot-npc appearing out of nowhere.
