It's not outright confirmed, but look at the very first two pages of the series. The dead girl reborn as a cupid with bow and arrow looks just like Chiyo and judging from the clothes she and the people around her are wearing, it looks like it could be the Meiji or Taisho era.

I didn't even make that connection but now that I look at the pages it def is her.

On another note, when Kanna and koharu body-slammed the cart with full force, it only moved slightly from the humans' perspective. However, for Kanna and koharu, the impact was much more greater. A passerby even mistook it for a bird. My question is, Are the people around able to feel the effects of Cupid’s destruction, but at a significantly reduced intensity, like 10x less impactful This might have been mentioned in the manga before, but I might have missed it. ^_^
