This chapter was cute and all, but sometimes I forget how slow paced Citrus really is.

Hope we can atleast see Harumin’s nee-chan next month.

Oh man, Kashikaze really has a knack for making cute stories, I recognized her artstyle from the moment I saw the cover :)

I assume she wears glasses herself, because as someone with TERRIBLE vision, I always do the squinty thing when I cant see something without my glasses.

Well that’s pressure alright…glad to see my girls back!

Finally got the chance to catch up now that it’s the weekend, and wow, was not expecting that, but I’m sure it’ll all be figured out somehow since the series doesn’t seem like it’ll come to an end any time soon.

I also find it a bit funny how Ai is so positive that Nagisa has 0 romantic/sexual attraction towards her like he’s not a teenage boy lol

Idk how to feel about it becoming a romance as I was also rooting for it to be a platonic series, but we’ll see how it goes, still a very sweet story :)

I believe this will most likely stay platonic, why?

The two main characters are both very lonely individuals whom have most likely never experienced any kind of real love or company throughout their lives, so when they finally meet someone who makes them feel like they belong in the world, somebody whom they feel they can express their true feelings around, they feel obligated to protect them. Perhaps this is because they feel like they have to give back somehow, but because they lack much human interaction (Nagisa) and aren't very confident about themselves (Ai) they fear that the other person may view them as a burden.

I don't think this necesarily points to romance, but hey! I could be entirely wrong, and maybe there will be a romance between the two, because as somebody else pointed out already, the whole acknowledgement about the other's body is often associated to falling in love, which wow that would be really fucking weird because thats literally her sisters underage stepson but this is manga so nothing fazes me. I just hope the comforting aspect of this manga remains, and despite what some people may say about this series, I'm really glad that it's here.

^ tbh I'm really hoping this doesn't turn into a full fledged romance. I enjoy the way thing are currently, and establishing a romance between the two MC's would be straight up weird at this point man, it really feels like they are a family now, and it's only the third chapter.

There really is nothing better than having somebody in your life whom you can look forward to seeing at the end of a rough day, this manga is oddly comforting, plus the art is beautiful.

Shimamura being super receptive is soooo nice

Not sure if this has been talked about before, but I wonder how long this whole adashima cycle has been going on for....
I remember at the beginning of the story, Yashiro telling Shimamura that she was destined to meet her (Yashiro) and Yashiro’s whole talk about how everything must be exactly the same as it was before to keep history going really makes me wonder if there were any past Adachi’s and Shimamura’s and she’s just been doing this for eternities, Yashiro's "It's been quite a while since the last time." just makes me believe in this even more.

Anyways, what a beautiful chapter, I knew I would not be disappointed by this series, I personally cannot fully understand Adachi's relationship with her mother as I am very close with mine but I think the way it was handled throughout the series was amazing. There's no effort to try to rekindle what is lost, none, not even once, and we all know from here on out Adachi will truly never contact her ever again, she just says thank you and moves on with her life and is okay with it too. Extremely curious to see how this will all pan out.

And here I was thinking this would be a gruesome chapter. This chapter really was super wholesome, it almost felt like I was reading a regular yuri manga for a second.

Really curious what’s going to happen next though now that the police is on their tails. It also seems we’re finally gonna get some real interaction between Ichika and Yoshimi, maybe she’ll finally spill it all and maybe, just maybe, Ichika will realize there’s something truly dangerous going on and tell the police, that would probably be the most logical decision. Still on the double suicide boat tho.

Also would like to point out just how nonchalant everyone seems to be about it in class, you’d think people would be freaking out..

Had this been any other manga, I would’ve been shocked, like “that’s it?!” but since this is Citrus, I have other thoughts.

I will admit, it really feels like Mei has regressed since a couple of chapters ago, I was hoping for a smile or atleast a kiss from her, but I guess at the end of the day Mei is still Mei.
It’s really admirable of Yuzu to just keep on loving her and showing her the insane amounts of affection she is while Mei just does her own thing.

Anyone here who is dating or have a spouse that was a teenage sexual assault victim of older adult man, will know how hard it is to get certain ideas through to their heads. A lot of them do not consider most of the cases sex and love are related.

It is uncertain wether or not Mei is actually a victim of SA. It seems to me like she just had a terrible childhood, where life to her was nothing but, wake up, eat, work, sleep, to always act in a professional manner regardless of personal emotions, and that is why things like sex and affection seem so foreign.

It’s kind of funny though, just a couple of days ago on Twitter and Facebook people were like “omg is it finally gonna happen???” and then we get hit with this. Personally it’s still too early for me to drop it, I’m pretty interested to see where this all goes, and when sex finally DOES happen, it’ll just make it all worth it!
