...why does the title seem to be a complete opposite of the oneshot its apparently a serialization of?

I'm sure there are a lot of changes manga go through before being serialized, the plot/mood were probably some of them. Also, it seems like the oneshot was further into the story, perhaps Matilda has a change of heart towards August later on. It might be very different and it might not be. The most glaring change would be that August already bit Matilda and she didn't become a vampire.

With that aside, I'm so glad that one of my favorite oneshots is a series now

4 years later and I had no recollection of reading this at all! I read it like I was reading it for the first time, I do think it's interesting that this gets the stalker tag when there are tons of other manga that fall under that category (especially in gl) and don't have it. Probably because they explicitly talk about it though

I wholeheartedly agree, I hate love "triangles" with a passion and this may be an over analyzation but I think from this page we can get an insight.

The short haired girl is looking at the seemingly jealous one, while she is looking at Takamine (Shio is just along for the ride, she is not particularly looking at one person's face/eyes). I theorize this to be the line of interest. Hopefully in the future, Takamine will be with Sakura and the other two will be together, though that's just a theory, a gl theory.

I can't remember the manga of Nya-chan's profile picture, it looks so familiar but I can't even remember the plot/story at all, thank you in advance!

I just thought of another one, there's a page in traeH and the two girls walking the dog reminds me of a manga. It's probably a one shot and I can't remember anything about the plot except for the girl walks her dog and I think the other girl chases after her or something. There might've been something about a letter? The dog and the setting (the river ditch area) might be also similar to it. I might be remembering it completely wrong, but it's worth a try.

Yeah, I don't think they ended up together. She was just being a good friend considering how long they've known each other (forgiving is a thing, people). It's one of those stories with a good ending, but not the best ending that everyone wants.

I read the first few chapters a long time ago and have never come back to it until now because I thought it was some generic story with no real essence to it. Oh boy, was I extremely wrong. The story in the 22 chapters that I've read have blown me away, I understand why so many people enjoy it.

At first I thought the commoner rioting was just a small thing in the background that was going to be used for comedic reasons since that was the tone of the story so far. This story is a wolf in sheep's clothing and I absolutely love it. The shift from slice of life rom com to serious fantasy plot caught me off guard.

You can bet your butt that I will read the light novel no matter how much I dislike reading books by themselves. The pacing at the start was rough but now it's really picking up. I really like the characterization, development, plot, and I can't wait for more :)

I like how the title has boys, shall, and die in it and still think there is no chance of a real gl pair in here. Maybe it won't be the two MCs that have been introduced, but I'm not really feeling chemistry from them atm anyway. I hate love triangles, but I'll give this one a try

don't know but it reminds me of that horrible manga "Happy End." It wasn't banned, but the scanlator removed it (thank god because anyone else who would dare to read it would have major whiplash)

Exactly... she is not a really good friend ngl, dare I say she is a tad bit toxic. It's annoying the hell out of me and honestly I'm not even sure if I like them together. I'm reading the comments that say we should wait until chapter 5 but at this point I think it might give us more explanation than excuses.

My verdict at this point in the story is, Fuyuki deserves someone who is not jealous of someone that she isn't even dating. I will admit that I have a soft spot for those who have unrequited love though, Eri is just the villain for not returning them.

I've been unsatisfied with all the complex plot/story gl manga lately, this one is just the right amount of fluff to cure my hunger. Hopefully the angst is minimal (although in the foreseeable future, I predict that there will be something regarding Takamine's old friend(?) who goes to the same school as Sakura)

Am I the only one that feels like you guys are taking this a bit too seriously? I thought the vibe was just comedic for the most part, especially considering the Undertale references

Honestly, I still wear a mask when I go out. It helps with easing my anxiety with being in public.

I should start wearing one again at least at school, it's crazy how much more comfortable I am with a mask on

But there's also this thing where people make expectations/assume what you look like and I don't want to "let anyone down" if they somehow see me without it. It's terribly hard to have bad self-confidence/social anxiety lol
