I think this still goes down as one of the dumbest yuri manga's I've ever read with by far the worst mc

I like how people’s reactions to a first chapter become a kind of fortune-telling/divination-by-chosen-detail—one glimpse of a partial set-up and a vision of the entire future story unfolds before the reader’s eyes.

I hate the part in this one where the protagonist’s ribbon will get caught in a piece of machinery and she goes into a coma, and the idol waits patiently by her bed for months, but when she wakes up: amnesia.

Your'e forgetting the incurable disease the protag now suffers from that doesn't seem to do anything specific except to make them incredible lethargic at times and pass out. Oh, and it will randomly kill them eventually, maybe.

Anyway I think this is a pretty interesting dynamic already developing

Kyouko doesn't deserve Kurumi

Like, her whole life Kurumi has been putting her heart on her sleeve and putting herself out there while all Kyouko did was watch and help her sweep up the shattered pieces of Kurumi's heart

Sure, Kurumi has gotten hurt by that a whole lot but she still races towards the front lines, meanwhile, Kyouko just sits and watches the battle from the rear.
You'd think seeing your friend go through that time and again but still managing to stand back up would be motivating, but I guess not.
