Sayaka is easily my favorite character, but II don't wish for anything romantic for her at the moment. "Pair the spares" or "sudden girlfriend" would just make me feel profoundly unsatisfied.

IRest of the chapters should focus on Yuu and Touko, this time in a way that we actually learn the rest of who Yuu actually is by following her hopefully unrestrained self-discovery and how Touko actually ticks once she is free from her emotional bondage - Without the veil of uncertainty and OCD circular thinking.

IIf Sayaka is to meet someone else at some point, she needs a story of her own with that person and that love interest needs her own robust character development to match hers. Getting over someone you really like isn't something that can be done on a drop of a hat, even if you are well prepared. Sayaka wasn't just crushing on Touko, she definitely loves the heck out of her.

Well, she already knows her dear sister is a pretty lusty lesbian. I'm pretty sure many siblings who end up sharing a room have sometimes heard that stuff and learned to ignore it. Chances are you are doing it as well somewhere, after all.

I found it nice that the sexual dream was only linked to positive things, as it blew her anxiety away and wasn't any kind of a shameful thing. Too often this stuff is just played for laughs or shown in negative light in romantic stories. We also learned that she had started to trust Hoshikawa and developing deeper feelings for her outside of the physical attraction that she immediately had.

This one is nice and mellow read. Funniest thing so far were those sloppy teachers hanging out together.

Few pages here and there is making people quite hungry for more, it seems. Unlike monthly manga, it will keep bugging you every day.

~60 pages in months is a pretty good pace, especially since Nikaidoi and Tadakoro are well detailed and distinct characters and not just copies of each other.

Another nice chapter with many little nuggets of information. It's one of those moody and calm chapters that is best read slowly and trying to get into the flow. Nozomi's exuberant charm and energy works as a nice counter-point and those last panels were just adorable.

I feel that Kisugae is doing a good job at really concentrating on the essentials and moving things along, even though the chapters are only 13 pages long.

I had the good fortune to not see this series until today, so this months-late comment is directed at Chapter 4 because nobody vocalised the biggest problem for me.

It's not just that she was cheating, it's the complete non-event it was portrayed as which indicates a total lack of regard for gay relationships from the author. This basically felt like another take on "it's okay because they're just playing around before they get serious with a man", and it's absolutely revolting.

If there were any level of gravitas to the situation, it would be different. I loathe cheating, and I'm especially not fond of it being sprung out of nowhere in a hitherto-fluffy story, but I wouldn't say that cheating is so utterly taboo that you're not allowed to write a story about it. But this story isn't about the cheating, it just... happens. I'm left with a feeling that this is written from the perspective of someone who sees FxF relationships as nothing more than jerkoff material for men.

Funny thing is that this particular author has also made one of the better age-gap yuri mangas, Hoshikawa Ginza District 4.

If you speak about sex and intimacy, the latter. It's not even a contest. This is the same reason who people do break-up kisses and last nights together all the time if they are breaking up in amicable terms and not in middle of a household war.

What hurts is seeing that person with some other person later on, if you are inclined towards being jealous.
