Thanks a ton for translating/scanning this! Definitely one of my favorite short stories. The art is absurdly cute and I love the character designs. I think the kiss made my heart explode, what a feel good ending and honestly what I needed. 2021 has been a really bad year for me due to personal reasons, so one of the final notes of the year being this super wholesome ending is greatly appreciated.

Personally for me she's always been a bit of a Switch, combined with a power bottom, who think she's in charge. So this comic works just fine for me haha

I think this dynamic in my head works in part because Texas has softened some since her mafia days, but I can also imagine Texas reversing things soon after the comic fades to black, where she destroys Lappy in bed.

Eh I don't think it would kill the vibe honestly, the author could have them kiss while still keeping the cute interactions between them, and most of the tension between them of trying to figure out what it means to be in a relationship together.

Yeah I honestly didn't expect people to be so down on this series, but ah well. For me I'm having fun with this whimsical fantasy world with monster house construction. I'm definitely looking forward to more!

Edit: Also I like the setup of her being lead to believe her whole life that monsters are bad, and that life is hard, cold, miserable. Then she sets out to see the world for herself and learns that monsters aren't what she was brainwashed to believe, that life can be much more fun and happy than she expected. It's a good contrast in my eyes.
