If you have an account, you go to the manga page you wanna update, click the "..." menu and click Upload Chapter. Then you select the group and start uploading chapters (though pay attention to make sure the pages are in the right order before you complete). Generally, it's a term used by authors when they draw something specifically to satisfy a personal kink that others aren't willing to provide for (think Ayane's MamixOL ship or literally all of Taiyaki's oyako yuri).

Pretty much. There's also the 1500 yen which gives you early-access versions of some of the published stuff when they're released, but that's mainly for if you wanna give the author some extra support.

I'm a little confused by the way Toba seems to refer to her work in progress as a "name" in Chapter 3. I don't know any Japanese, so is there some kind of idiom that's being lost in translation here?

'Name' is the rough draft of a manga. If the editor is OK with the name, then the artist can go ahead and draw a finished version based on it. Basically storyboards.

Also, "name" is the Japanese word, so think "nah'meh" rather than "neym".

It is actually pronounced neh-mu (ネーム). Apparently it's derived from the "specify" definiton of the English word "name" and is a term from the olden days when typesetting had to be done prior to the artwork being finished.

"I'm gonna violate you later" - just your usual small talk between gal pals these days.

That one threw me off a little, but I guess it's really just par for the course in Japanese "lewd" talk.

To explain the ordering, the three numbered full-color doujins are their own thing, whereas the subsequent subtitled doujins have something more resembling a continuing narrative. The First Hot Spring is the third and latest in that series so far, with the first two, Let the Training Begin! and The First Toy, being translated, but not yet typeset.
