Didn't even thought of that. She seems extremely WW1 coded to me and has kind of an "old soul", which honestly had me assumed she died in like 1912, so her death being so recent was kind of a surprise. But maybe she's just being an historical nerd.
That being said her bullying history seemed to be very real and I don't think the classmates would remember her name once she switches up if "Hasumi" was just a cupid cover-up.

Huh, that seems like an option as well. She might have just been tracking the class because her target was there but when the landslide happened she stepped in when the class was in danger, pretending to be a student.
