Not bad. While it may have been lacking in conflict, it seems the author wanted there to be a story like this to exist in the world: a story about people of varying kinds of sexualities respecting each other's identity and not using it as a tool for drama/a tragedy where all characters had well intentions. From this work, I read a desire for wanting people to coexist with each other without wanting so much from another person - something they cannot possibly give you.

That said, Rio did get done pretty dirty. I mean is that seriously what her last appearance will be? A possibly jealous/wounded expression followed by an exit to right, never to be seen again?

A bit heavy on the tell not show, like we got hit by a dense load of info about their relationship but it looks like it'll be a cute and fun time.

I thought this would just be a comedy based on role reversal (timid master) but it ended up being quite dramatic. Looking forward to it.

What excellent pining. The kouhai being tempted to go further during the bondage scene but held back out of lack of consent was amazing. You really feel it.

And thats the vol 2 finale! Man having manga art sure adds a lot to the horror. Between this release and the last one I blasted through 1-6 of the LN's but as a manga its still top notch.

Pacing was weird in this chapter. Every chapter before implied that Momoka was dating other people to feel something, and that she was unsatisfied while with Rin because they were only surface level dating but Rin didn't actually want to do anything with her. You could see it in her reactions to each time Rin rejected her. Come this chapter where they no longer imply it and have each of them flat out say what their drama is. It's like an info dump for a conclusion. If this series had any communication prior to this I don't think this chapter would have felt so abrupt.

I love this series, it's honestly somewhere in my top 3. I just have no idea how to pitch it for others to read it. Office worker gets caught creating yuri is a strong start, but its so much more than that with the reveal about Maekawa, Shimizu coming to terms with her own sexuality, resolving to support Maekawa regardless of their romantic status, and both of them possessing a strong sense of self awareness about it (Like the bit in ch 11 where Maekawa describes all the ways she's perfect yuri bait for a shut-in lesbian). The story is about so many things that giving a concise description to someone who hasn't read it before is tough.

This really was something special. What started as a rival dynamic got better with some surprisingly realistic and gritty gripes of showbiz that really elevates it. The way they support each other is amazing, and there are so many very not straight interactions that it only being a subtext series still gives me whiplash. Someone mentioned these girls having more chemistry than even canon yuri's out there and they're right. I mean depending on how you choose to read it, Yumiko has gotten the blessings of Chika's mother and the next morning Watanabe gives a psuedo confession scene. Chika's also just really eager to touch some boobs. I really wish this series got more attention and I wish I could understand the LN's.

Yeesh, both leads getting someone eager to sink their fangs into them from the get go. Its pretty scary. Common sense would dictate Yuriko doesn't go for a middle schooler, and yet drama tropes probably indicate she'll go for it as a matoi-lite, and that's gonna cause some issues down the line.

From personal experience, teach has got a standoffishness thats appealing to youngsters but not marriage material. Like crush material. Like dmc dante, or if your friend's older sister were a laid back wannabe rockstar. As for why the series could be appealing, watching young girls try is very cute.

I don't mind if daphie complains. Its fun to hear about the hard work she goes through for us.

Loved the art and outfits and the pacing was faster than I expected, but not that that's bad.

It's funny, Shiori wants MC to ripen by recovering from depression but she's only down to be eaten because she's depressed. Once she starts wanting to live, she ain't gonna want to be eaten I imagine

I'm poly myself and my girl monogamous, our relationship is simple: I don't sleep around or do anything romantic with other people. If Risa isn't cool with sticking with one person, then she shouldn't be in a relationship with someone who wants to be mono. At the very least they got a lot to hash out, but good communication is counterintuitive to The Drama. Still, I enjoyed it a lot.

Absolutely loved the character design. The girls look good in how differently they wear their uniforms, their casual clothes and most of all their concert outfit. Gave me nostalgia for my own college music club days, and MC being tantalized by shoulders is so on point.

They've been on the island for like half a day. If their savings were that slim I doubt they would have made the trip at all. It's still a possibility in the future but as far as story pacing goes itd be putting the cart before the horse for that sort of thing to come up before they've even got their bike back.

Yea, just seeing the pitch made me already started fearing the worst is all
