^ Strictly speaking, if they are made with genetic material from both twins and are not identical quintuplets, no. Double half-clones, more like. Each kid would have a random recombination of the same genome, but they'd all be very very similar rather than identical. Also X-inactivation is a thing but let's not even get into that.

I really hope not. We've already seen a very male-looking Nephilim with male pronouns so maybe this'll be more nuanced in what it means by "androgynous".
Also the Chinese translation is already available for the next chapter...uh...elsewhere and it certainly doesn't look like it in the first scene, in which Maria is naked. There's what looks like a forced breeding scene later but everyone's basically fully clothed and it's 110% ambiguous visually what genitals are or are not involved.

In a sci-fi setting this focused on reproduction there shouldn't even be a need for fucking and any combination of sex/gender should be able to reproduce artificially. But whatever.

Either way, you're almost not wrong. I've mentioned this on here before somewhere so I'm not shy about it; I'm CAIS intersex. Short version: genetically XY, couple of internal organs missing, otherwise developmentally female. Side benefits include no periods (they seem awful) and no bristly hairs in the aforementioned regions, so I'm not used to the feel of them and they kinda gross me out. Sue me.

For the record, I like Foo Fighters because she's a weird, adorable, doesn't-know-how-to-person character. So it's more like zany/wholesome than horny. That said, I'm not opposed to sexual stuff with her given Etroe was freshly dead and based on how long she's around the body is definitely not decomposing, and I assume based on most people's inability to tell her from human even after touching her that she's keeping the thing running, so to speak.

Also I don't see much of it but I feel like there's fun stuff you can do with her need for water, both in and out of a sexual context.

The site uses it for characters, like Crona from Soul Eater and Hange from AoT, that are never gendered in source material (Because of the way Japanese handles, or rather doesn't handle, third-person pronouns, this is feasible).
A quick check on Wikipedia's page for Project Sekai says that Mizuki is one such character.
