I remember reading the last few chapters in gangan joker when they published, since the translation for it stopped at 10 for a long while (last published chapter in magazine is 16 in gangan joker 2021/09 issue, which dunno what chapter would be in the last volume 4, probably like 46 with 47 being the new extra chapter), then seeing how this was done in the volumes, just gave me a headache, if there was people that only followed the magazine chapters for this but never checked the pixiv version, the order was all weird, there was so much context and in-between stuff missing between magazine chapters, because then all that context was all put together when compiled in the volumes, don't know the reason why it went like this, but yeah

magazine chapters 11 and 12 were released in mangadex, but i wouldn't recommend to read them and just stick with this, since chapter 12 is already 39 from volume 4, so is nearly the end with 4 left from magazine

I think it’s a few chapters past 8 now in the magazine but yeah I only plan on buying tank raws

Yeah latest chapter is 13 in the magazine i think, and beside that magapoke and comic-days are up to 12, tho i guess is better to wait for volume release for quality and support

Well i posted this in the second page, but if anyone interested in reading the LN and supporting it too, though in japanese, there is 2 volumes by now, the english fantranslation is up to Chapter 6 of the LN vol 1 and is still updating (chapter 6 got updated today), novelupdates and translation group site

you can find the raws in comic-days up to 10, but they are not free to read (70-120 points each chapter), tho there is a way to get and read chapters that cost 100 or less, beside that there is translation in korean or chinese

I remember this one from like a year ago, when the first chapter was translated by another group, but well like in march this year the author made the second chapter, who knows if author plan to continue from then on, probably another year
(there is a r18 chapter for this in fanbox, back then when chapter 1 released it was free to read for a period of time but, now is paid anyway lol, which is just het porn with crossdressing)

One of the worst parts of this, beside being an absolute shitshow, is how long it take between updates, wished this was at least monthly so it could end everyone suffering faster, but well is Galette so each 3 months it is, there is nothing that can redeem this serie anymore and each chapter just keep getting dumber lol

Well the serialization is here, been following this one with chinese and koreans scans since it started like in november last year (latest is 9), so is good to see it here now, and like the note at the end say, the serialization really add up an actual story to this

Well with chapter 32 out as free chapter, and new chapter 33 as paid, the serie is ending in 5 more chapter as per announcement in comic-fuz twitter, and i think in chapter 33 too, tho if you want to avoid any possible spoiler for chapter 33, i would avoid clicking the tweet lol

Also I'm just going to say it drives me absolutely nuts that the translators are splitting each chapter into so many pieces. It's bad enough having single chapters to read and forgetting what's going on, but having a single chapter flow broken up into now 3 different parts is ridiculous. A skilled translator can translate an entire chapter of manga in an hour or two, maybe even less if it's a light dialogue manga like this one. There's no reason for them to do this.

lol, back in mangadex, i used to see alot of comments like this for different series, making the groups at fault for splitting chapters or calling them stuff, but never bothering looking for sources and check if the chapters were splits too, but thats how they were being released, specially if they come from official manga apps, comic-walker or nicovideo and some others that tend to split chapters (not all of them in comic-walker or nico, but alot of them do), if you ever see any other serie like this with split chapters, is not on the group, thats how is being officially released, (i seen chapters being split up to 8 parts in マンガUP! app, so 3 is like the normal lol)

Yeah pretty much what been said, had to reread because i forgot who 2 of these characters were since this whole arc started (Takuya and Yozora, then i remembered that Yozora was the one in the sleeping bag being a neet, good times), characters don't feel memorable enough that can't get invested too much with them tbh, just end up reading because Nekozaki and Mikoto

I'm still not convinced the series is actually ending for good. The last chapter in Japanese just sets up perfectly for the mangaka to eventually pick it back up. Maybe it's just my hopeful delusion, but I think they'll continue the manga some time in the future

Well honestly, if it wasn't because the author and the publisher twitter posted about it ending back then, anyone would still be waiting for more chapters now lol

Whelp looking at manga updates to know if this was still ongoing was a mistake i got spoiled of the end.

There is only translations for the WN that you can find in novelupdates, but there isn't a translation for the LN which is what the manga is following

I'm glad this series got picked up again. I was beginning to worry it was dropped.

Also, is this chapter implying that Anise doesn't have her tattoo yet? Isn't that a significant change from the light novels.

Once again like i said before, this isn't a change from the LN because IT IS following the LN, but is a change done from the WN in the LN like some other things, so manga haven't changed anything, is just that the WN is outdated as a source (what is translated so far for the novel is the WN not the LN)

I wonder why they changed it in the manga so she doesn't have the dragon demon stone already imbeded in herself like in the LN? There was no dragon in the stampeed- it was an ogre right?

She had already killed a dragon and made a flying thingy out of it and got its stone and used it on herself in the past- here she is on her broom and the dragon is here?

Because IT IS following the Light Novel and not the Web Novel which are 2 different things, what is translated and you can find in novelupdates is the WN, despite them putting some of the illustration, it miss some of them because it make no sense with how the story go in the LN, like Euphie and Anise bed talk scene, is not a thing in the WN

These are changes done in the LN to make it less of a power fantasy trip, better story pace and characters development, between other things (i mean that is what having a editor gonna do), there is a few other noticeable changes in the LN too that you can see in the manga, like the talk between the prince and the king in which there is a illustration in the LN for this, which is not in the WN either, so you can take as the WN and that translation as not even being canon anymore, because there is alot more changes to come, specially by the time it hit LN vol 2 and 3 (this is LN vol1, middle of chapter 5 for those wondering and want to bother purchasing and reading the LN in japanese)

People always confuse this kind of thing, mixing up sources when they see some change, but actually aren't even sure about what they even read first lol
