Least favorite pair for me is Mio and Shizuka. They just don’t work. It looks like that Shizuka forces herself into relationships with Mio all the time.

I know, it’s unfair, because there so much more of this boring cliché stories, but this is so booooring and tiring, so and by the book. I really like the art, it’s a shame that story and most of the characters is so underwhelming.

I’m reading it solidly because art is nice and smooth. But story is so contrived. It’s not like there can't be story with this kind of gimmick, but here it become tiresome after chapter 2. Ok, ok I get that one girl is blinded and other is coward for no reason, move forward with this, please.

Anyway, chapter was good and sad. I liked Izumi from the get go and I was thrilled to see her on the covers and in color.

Nah, still pretty standard and kinda boring plot. It’s only excuse that this is short story. With longer story, guy not need to be this level of scum, he can be equally lost and didn’t want serious relationships and baby with this woman. And here is main character, maybe too in not so satisfying relationships with other woman. Than story can be explorations of sad and difficult decisions in life.
Art is still good, really liked some frames, and, yeah, still will be reading till the end, mostly because of it.

Don’t get me wrong, I repeat myself: I’ll be happy either way till it be this well written and have compelling ending. Maybe more happy when it goes yuri route, lol. And It's understandable that someone is disappointed that this is not yuri, just story about friendship. But it is not queerbaiting and class-s, come on.

There were no promises that this will be a story in yuri genre and how is this s-class when they are not even dating each other nor having feeling of a romantic love. Friendship can be intimate too and stories about it do exist. Friendship is a relationship with another person and it has similar conflicts like other relationships. It a shame to see this conversation over and over and this extent of labeling things right and left are oversaturates and erases real queerbait. I can understand bitterness over lack of good yuri-stories, but why do this.

And I really enjoy this well written slow burn drama. And wow understanding and supporting parents in manga are so rare, normally they almost inexistent.

I hope TG is ok, because I read “Will” for the sense of closure and what a mess it was. My feelings telling me that TG wanted to get over this and were bitter over something. I am not a big fan of the main couple, I thought they were okay, so what I expect is some fluff, some psychological intimacy, which indicated progress of relationship over 3 years, and, of course, them calling each other by first name. And what I get: character killed off just because plot, some other side characters, contrived drama over nothing and both of the characters with no progress at all go down the dump. 3 frames of Seju was the best part, lol. “One” was still likable for me, even though of course it can be better, not so rushed etc. But this was no good. Even art, it is still very good, but kinda mechanical? Maybe it’s because I didn’t like this afterstory, but there were no frames that made me excited.

Overall I hope TG find new inspiration and stay in good health and mood.

Kaoru is a mess. Love it! She can’t easily let go of her habits, but totally don’t know what to do with this new feelings. And I happy that Bou-chan found her inspiration.

Heh, I it was funny to see that awkward apology in front of all friends, that thought it would be better for them to be there for damage control.

Yes, they are childish and irrational, and it is normal. First of all they are still pretty much kids and second, they are done that at the heat of emotions. In the end they sorted it out beautifully.

Although story is nice, I dropped it after 1st chapter because of messy art. Some faces were painfully disproportionate that I start to wonder why mangaka thought it is okay to leave them be like that. But it’s nice to see progress in later works.

Yes! Kaoru_x_Bou-chan. Interested in their dynamic. Bou’chan struggles are real. This is nice.

To be frank, I don't remember the other stories that have this rule... It feels familiar but nothing more.

It's not stated as a rule, but there is one by Hakamada Mera It is a spoiler. Maybe more, but It’s only one that I remember.
This story is okay. Art is pretty nice, so I’ll be reading till the end.

This deserves to be reread to get the full flavor again. The artwork has improved a lot from start to finish. It looks like two morons are made for each other by raising the brat together. It’s good to see one deciding to move on in her life. This is a good story to me, I’ll reread again later.

So are we not authorized to criticize someones poorly thought out critique? I personally think nit picking such a trivial detail is just a cheap way to criticize a narrative that makes some people uncomfortable.

Of course you can and it is interesting, but some people basically said: oh, shut up or you can’t use this word until you prove me that you truly worth it. Is it critic? I just express my personal view based on my reading experience and all I see: “you choose wrong words for it” critic. Maybe I am, because it’s not my native language, but I do have similar to a t word in my language, so here it is.

If all life is cliché than why some people are complaining when someone use this word, lol. But, I want to share my feelings about it. For example this cliché ”I love you and I don’t care if you girl or a boy” is used so much, but I’m okay with it even when it not executed very well. But this trope ”my lover ditch me for marriage and baby/for normal life” in yuri must be executed interesting enough for me. It is more serious and dramatic, most of the time, so my demands grow. There are some atrocities with this plot, this manga is just lacking. I agree that mangaka captured some feeling of the MC well, but overall she or he depends too much on same old conveniences, like of course husband is some asshole and of course she is pregnant, of course there are no significant other in MC life - that showed that author can’t write more compelling and nuanced perspective of another party without this tiresome elements. Writing is not so great in it, but I think it will be short so that’s ok.

PS Right, Gunjou! It's was very interesting and refreshing for me.

Heh, why not 10? ラスト•フレンズ - here the whole j-dorama about similar thing and more, maybe you’ll be interested, lol. And there are some one-shots about same thing on basis level. And it is a quite common trope for secondary cast. Sorry, I read too much manga for so many years, so I don't remember names at all - not a big fan of these things.

What backstory do you want ?

It’s not about backstory, it’s about story itself. Even if it didn't have asshole-husband and do have complicated relationships, more rich characters with personality… wait, yeah, this story “Even though we're adults” exist, that somewhat similar, so mangaka can write more interesting story with this more or less cliché plot, lol.
Well I don’t have strong feeling for this, I just want to see how some details play out. And art is nice enough.

^ Not all cliché are boring and bad, but this story is boring cliché. I even remember really old manga with basically the same plot. Only difference is how bad husband is and how good and not boring writing is. Art important too, lol.
