No. I'm not looking for a specific manga whose title I can't remember. I'm looking for any sort of manga that meets my requirements.

One of the characters in Takemiya Jin's Fragments of Love has a brother, and part of the story is him discovering his sister's homosexuality as well as the reciprocal. I'm not sure he's a younger brother, though.
