that's not.... really the case, generally speaking lolicon refers to children or very young teens, or people who look like them, conflating that with middle to older teens and just making it basically mean minor kind of renders its use as a tag nil, and also means that like 80% of the manga on this site should be tagged lolicon

@DC3 Momo and todoroki are the two classmates that got in on recommendation and they worked together in the final exam arc, however, todoroki seems largely indifferent to momo and momo largely seems to feel envy towards him more than anything else, wishing she was as strong, composed and reliable as him. Momo and Kyouka tend to hang out a lot, in the when the class splits into groups socially to talk those two are almost always together, Kyouka also immediately thinks "cute" when she sees momo, blushes extremely heavily when momos shirt breaks, and is honestly quite protective of her, shielding her in fights more than once despite momo arguably being the better fighter. i would say there is a decent chance they are implying a crush on Kyoukas part, however, there is no real evedance of it being mutual.

This goddess broke the one big rule: never stalk and ship real people. It's creepy.

I mean ignoring stalking, my time working in a school has taught me that teacher ship the hell out of their students, even if they dont know that word itself.
