Well.. if we don't agree how love should be.. at least we agree that before their breakup.. they kind of expected the worst (Which then was manifested in ch10+11) and after their breakup, these symptoms got worse .. Sumin knew for sure that Seju only sleeps with her ch48.. She doesn't want her to get married even.. the sex between them is also a mean of control (besides many other things such as a pure need for each other or a feeling from the past)
However, I find it amusing that Seju introduced Sungji to Sumin and that she accepted Sumin's sex indulgence through the time giving her nature.

Anyways.. what I wanted to say is.. they both had the same fears and they are both possessive, they react to it differently..
Seju would brush it off as: I'm not marrying anyone unless it is you .

Two main ideas I would love to talk about:
- Seju character was thought of later
- sex in each couple

If team Gaji said that they thought of Seju later.. after thinking of Sumin and Sungji.. we truly don't know the exact phase they were in when they came up with Seju.. did the whole initial story change ??
Look at the story.. seriously!
Who brought Sungji to Sumin.. who pushed them together? WHY would Sumin be in shitty relationships and in a sexing spree for 10 years .. She can't trust or love anyone all this time..
To say the truth .. Sumin current personality is shaped entirely by her past with Seju; take a look at Seju's family background.. it is a base for what we know about Sumin's but not vice versa..
So yes, Seju might have been the last addition to the trio, but oh boy.. She is the base for whatever the focal character is.. affecting her past, present and future actions.

Second point .. haleyd16, you mentioned that Sumin was not totally all in when she does it with Seju while she goes all out with Sungji..
The issue in this proposal is that.. Sumin's pride shows in bed.. She doesn't allow Seju to have sex with her the way Seju wants to (ch54).. She fears that Seju would see the love or what's left of it in her eyes.. She punished Seju the following encounter because she dared to say that she thinks that Sumin still loves her.. ch4.
Look at Sumin's face in ch54 and 55 .. look at her face in ch3 .. look at Sumin rolling like a sushi in ch83.. And acting so defensively in ch78, there is some sexual tension between them.. You say she doesn't feel strong emotions for Seju.. look at her anger at Seju when she mentioned the blind dates .. And at her about Nammi's incident.. She, Sumin knows she is in love with Seju (ch50) and knew that she may hurt Sungji along the way ch51.. her sex with Seju is a mixture of what she wants to feel and what she wants to suppress.. You want to see Sumin's emotions towards Seju in one scene: ch73.. She starts with a hurting tune and breaks down in the end of it.. She wants to go away but to always have a connection to Seju.. look at her face in ch83 when Seju left the house.. or no .. maybe at the intro of paradise.. She keeps her sticker photo with Seju since 1998 while she sold her parents house.. her every other gifts from Seju and everything reminding her of Seju.. but kept the house (that reminds her the most of Seju) she kept the sticker photo and returned to Hello Studio.. to Seju's company.

Now about Sungji.. have you seen Sumin ever topped by Sungji ? Yes .. only in ch70.. Sumin even wanted to talk her out of it .. but she wasn't in a situation to.. remember! Sungji just caught her being topped by Seju and said: "now it is my turn.. to see this side I've never seen. "
But look how it ended !! Sumin looks in pain.. And didn't even care to show her how to do it!
Have you ever seen Sumin topped by Seju? Twice, ch14. And ch54.

Now .. You would say why she refused to go all the way with Seju chapter 14.. Will that's up to interpretation.. but for me at that moment when I saw it .. it could be because she was thinking about Sungji and Seju at the same time.. And ended up dreaming about them both the next chapter being together, I honestly thought that Sumin feared for a second that Seju may have liked Sungji (explains the dream.. And her reaction to the info that Seju herself, the CEO took a new recruit for tour )
At the chapter itself, ch14.. Sumin questioned herself why she always ended up with Seju..
There was always feelings between them.. sexual tension and it seemed like they were to be together at any point up till the end.. with not much explanation needed.

After chapter 93 I'm no longer interested if it was a Seju× Sumin ending as I am concerned about HOW they made the end itself regardless if it is SuminXSungji or not. What strikes me is the execution.. felt way beneath any of Team Gaji's master piece chapters.
Even if in reality it was what you are saying: SuminXSungji ending.. I'm still doubting the route they took to there .. is it team Gaji's or Lezhin's.. or the logical bastard of a dispute between the two ends.

Team Gaji promised by the end of the second arc that the ending won't disappoint.. what happened?

Are we saying that Team Gaji decided from the beginning to take this route and shatter a work of 4 years in 2 chapters ? When they already said that they started the adaptation with the end in their minds.
There was hundreds of chances to make the ending more natural

We actually don't even know what happened to a lot of the stories focal points.. Sumin's return to the company story, the father's will that Sumin hid from Seju but we never saw again.. the house that we Saw Seju's mother in and Seahyun talked about.. etc

Let's say that Lezhin didn't affect the So called "end game" result .. why do we all feel that the story ended incomplete when we Saw Team Gaji use something or a clue from a 10 or 20 chapters ago.

Bottom Line
Something doesn't add up no matter how I think of it

Saying that this is the end decided right from the beginning is contradicting the idea that Team Gaji "accidentally" over invested in Seju while neglecting Sungji
- This argument shatters itself

Sungji and Sumin were planned to end together from the beginning, and at the same time team Gaji picked the popular ship and accidentally ignored adding depth to Sungji
- another very very weak argument

What I saw is someone abandoning their work at its end.. whether by force or by choice

This is exactly what I think .. I find it truly hard to not think that the adjustment of the ending came along in the very end and it was forced on Team Gaji themselves through Lezhin.. I've seen other artists complain about the editing team in Lezhin but of course, I can't get through the language barrier that deep.

If the ending was planned to be what we have got .. Team Gaji had +2 years to make it more elegant.. at least on the level they ended the 2nd arc.. (That end that I've never seen before in a visual art.. not like that and not that bold and unapologitic)

Today.. Team Gaji didn't make a new chapter, excused by illness and stress for the second time in 5 chapters ..

Yes.. from 19th of November to Januaray.. we only got 5 chapters when we normally get 7.

I'm also reading Paradise though it is hard to get through all the blocked websites in where I am currently.. even to Dynasty.

I loved the slow progression between the two and how they got to understand their own feelings.. And the meaningful affection between the two.. how can I ignore Gaji's art and attention to details.. (the number of candles on Sumin's birthday cake.. she was 18 when she confessed to Seju) the last chapter reminds me a lot of chapter 91.. Sumin crying and Seju informing Sumin that she is doing everything she can for her before Seju leaves the country.

Seju didn't leave Korea during her bachelors time for Sumin and didn't go during her Master's to stay around Sumin. Did Sumin never want Seju to leave back then and till now ?

I look at Paradise opening and how WDTFS ended.. And I see the gap and conflicted emotions.

Was Sumin conflicted about the end of her relationship with Seju or Team Gaji themselves were conflicted on how to end it .. ! A question that we may never agree on its answer

Gaji (the artist) wrote in her Twitter that the manuscript was cancelled, what's the readers fault?
So again and again.. Lezhin is altering the story and annoying their creators this much.

I truly feel bad for writers who had to abandon their health and stories so Lezhin could be happy !

Once you sign up for a contract with a publisher, they own the story and you may never publish it anywhere else. And you know what? They can kill the story if they wanted by no longer publishing it and just pay their part of the contract. creators on the other hand, have to provide the materials or else, forced to pay penalties.

I don't know how bad it went to creators, but for them to vent on Twitter publicly, I guess it went bad enough.

Back to WDTFS.. even if you tell me that Sungji and Sumin should have ended together from the beginning.. Still!!!
Their ending could have been much neater and better designed instead of the rubbish overly cliche ending we had. That's why I kept referencing that TG were capable of making extraordinary chapters but disappointed us in the ending.

I kinda suspect that Lezhin themselves pressure the writers to end stories in a specific direction .. sales vs. creators kind of wars.
I remember Team Gaji, both the writer and artist, hinted that Lezhin exploited their artists and some people in there didn't understand the actual work process.

Regardless of how I like Seju's character.. The ending is weird as hell!! I mean, how could they write and execute a chapter like 50, 54, 55 and not be able to make a beautiful ending! Unless they were rushed and unconvinced of their ending, there is no logical explanation to This!

Besides,
Team Gaji used to make all of their manhwa alone.. only starting from ch83 they needed extra help.. not even all the way till the end. I am saying, something changed and they needed help to make it happen on time.

As for TLD, it is also a manhwa made by Lezhin.. and as you explained, ended the same way.. I hardly believe that those creators abandoned their stories unless someone pressured them to.

I can't wrap my head around the idea that WDTFS reminds me of Sekaiichi Hatsukoi a bit.. 10 years of separation, feelings denial, known each other since high school.. mostly an office setting.. etc XD but this one was much more messed up

Maybe WDTFS is one of the very few visual arts that skips the whole "let's talk about it, let's discuss the fact that we will sleep together" part too quick. It is just given that all girls in WDTFS are gay and comfortable with it till proven otherwise, i.e. Sungji's sister in law XD. (not even sure about glasses-ssi)

Thank you very much, I was a bit disappointed at the writer, other artists and at Lezhin as well. The sense of practicality and quality control let alone customer's experience enhancement are all together not there. I felt at some point that all that matters is the Korean reader while the English reader is a second degree even though they both pay the same for the product. after that talk, I am sorry to say that I sympathise less with them and the whole piracy matter.
