I read the translation long time ago so I couldn't remember all the trans in the last panel, but it kinda went like this:

Geez, the last panel is gold. I have no idea why the translator cut it off. And they didn't give a direct link to the work as well.
If I remember correctly, this is from an upcoming artbook of the artist (yes, new one, and the former was gorgeous) called 'Love Aegean'. Guess that would be their destination this time.

^ I'd admit that those pairings look weird for me as well when I started watching the anime, but that's because LL anime heavily promoted the 'main' pairings (you know, NozoEri, NicoMaki, KotoUmi). In manga, diaries and drama CDs there are huge difference, although still promoting the main pairings, they reveal possibilities in crack pairings as well: e.g. EriNico, MakiPana, EriPana, UmiMaki, KotoRin (not your username), you name it.
Don't take me wrong, I still ship the main pairings (who wouldn't, EriNozo should get married already), but other pairings are also adorable and shippable in my opinion.
LL diaries are just so great... If anyone's looking for yuri stuff, I'd say LL manga and diaries have plenty.

^I know. I really like the scene that Maki and Rin both pulling Hanayo's arms in early episode of season 1. The singing session was nice as well. It's a shame there's not much MakiPana in the rest of the show.

One reason I ship UmiMaki is that they get along so well, considering they work together as the group's songwriters all the time, And I believe they must understand each other's thoughts and feelings quite well in order to perfectly blend music and lyrics like that.
