By the end of at least book 5 Tanya gives up trying to self-assert (so, she only thought it, never tried to get anyone else to call her a man) that she's a man and accepts that she's a girl because she's biologically female, and Tanya is too logical to ignore biology. (Though she tried to deny this for a while to spite Being X.)
In the end, she's probably still attracted to women, though, and as her #1 objective is a happy, peaceful life, she would go with whoever makes her the happiest (probably Visha), and would lead to her having the most peaceful (and successful) life possible (not necessarily Visha. It depends on NOT!Imperial Germany's stance on homosexuality is).
With their magitech, they can probably vat grow children with any DNA they get so long as there are enough X chromosomes, so two women can have kids that way, though the kid will always be a girl. (We can do this today with IPS cells, but NOT!Germany has magic, so they can probably get to it faster.) If this is true, then there may not be so much of a problem with lesbian mages in NOT!Germany, due to them being able to have kids still. Plus, I can only assume that if two mages have a kid, the kid probably has at least as much potential as the median between the parents, so Tanya and Visha's kid would be pretty damn strong.
Honestly, Tanya "Argent" Von Degurechaff can probably get away with just about anything if she survives the war. Though the Empire does lose the war. (This is shown in the Manga pretty early on, it's not huge spoilers. Like, in Chapter 11 I think.)
She would be tried as a war criminal by whoever won, though, that's for damn sure. Thing is, though, the flashforwards that they do make it out that no-one knows who Tanya is, so she could have just escaped to NOT!Argentina with Visha or something.

I hate it when that happens because glasses are good. However, if you don't need them, then don't fucking wear them in the first place. Someone who doesn't wear contacts will never wear them. Trust me. There is a reason why people will choose glasses over contacts. For me, I'm very sensitive around my eyes and anytime anything gets too close I have a stronger (sometimes absurdly so) urge than most to get the bleeding hell AWAY from whatever it is. Eye-drops, the pressure recording machinery optometrists use, anything like that that's supposed to actually TOUCH my eye, I want to run the fuck away or kill or destroy whatever it is. If someone wears glasses over contacts, then they probably have a similar phobia of things touching or getting near to their eyes. (perhaps not as strong as mine, but it's whatever.)

Awww, that's sweet of Maitake to give Mami some love too. Everyone always picks on her so it's nice to see something nice happen to her sometimes.

I find it a little odd that that Nanoha asked Vivio if she was okay with it. I mean she's the parent, shouldn't she tell Vivio straight out that it IS okay?

Straight out saying that something 'IS', especially when that something is counter to how the majority views it (and when it isn't something that will definitely help them get along trough life), is poor parenting. One should always allow their children to figure out their views on their own. If you believe that the way that they may come to view the world is, reprehensible, then calmly attempt to argue against it, though you shouldn't outright say that they can't hold certain views. If they disagree with your worldview to such a wide degree, then instill into them the concept of agreeing to disagree (something that you will also need). So as to say: it really doesn't matter what views you, or anyone else, hold, so long as you always treat others with respect. Especially when this is based on their actions, rather than their ideas.

For instance (with relation to the current discussion): if you happen to be homosexual, and you meet someone, you become friends, and then find out that they believe that homosexuality is immoral, what do you do? According to my way of seeing it, if they know that you're gay, and they don't say anything about it, and they don't treat you any differently, then you should do the same. It doesn't matter whether they think that you're doing something wrong when you think that it's fine, so long as they don't act on it. At the same time, you should also be courteous to them and not flaunt how gay you are in front of them(at least, not intentionally). If they're going out of their way to ignore their ethical code in order to stay friends with you, so you should too.
Obviously, if that someone starts to give you a wide berth and tries to avoid you, then you should also probably cut off your ties with them and find other people to be friends with.

At least, that's how I tend to see things.

She's not asexual, nor is she aromantic. She's an anti-social nerd who doesn't (or didn't, depending on where you are in the story) understand how relationships with other people work. The only relationship that she's really had was her friendship with Takiya. She's likely never had romantic feelings for anyone before in the first place, or, at least, never noticed them. Tohru is the first person that she's likely ever had any romantic feelings for, and she doesn't really know how to deal with those feelings.

Yeah, looking back on Nana Yuri, what's up with that? No matter how happy the characters are, they always have to have some obsession with death. I assume it comes from the author's mentality themselves, which is... concerning.

Not so much. The author could be a goth or something like that. Goths just happen to really like super morbid things. Like graveyards and death an such. They usually aren't even depressing to talk to unless you're unusually sensitive to such things. Most of them are just really comfortable with their mortality.
Due to the fact that the author isn't making extraordinarily depressing stories, it could just be that they think that promises to die together are romantic. It could also be a Japan thing, as that's not uncommon in historical Japanese romances and such.

Onee-Sama would translate to "Gracious Elder Sister", though there is no short direct translation. The word itself could simply be adopted by English like Senpai is being, or sayonara has been.
