Unfortunately the art is STILL kinda bad compared to her older art.
I think Chigusa needs to stop taking on so many projects at once.

I appreciate that since the manga ended everyone pretty much universally agreed the ending was a yuri end.

Bocchi is way too OOC in this and I just can't.

Leader has always been scummy as hell and arguably one of the worst people in the cast which says a bit so it's funny that scummyness is starting to bite the people around her in the ass finally.

I don't really like this kind of "i got interested in you 'cause you look alike at the one who broke my heart" plot. I hope that she take the "You look like her, but you're not her" way and leaves the past on the past. I'm really sick of the lesbian can't forget their ex plots.

She quite literally did that in her monologue, that's why she broke it off because she genuinely fell for Manatsu who she realized is nothing like her tutor and feels bad about it.

Man, that tutor was nasty. Hopefully it was just kissing and nothing beyond that.

Yeah I noticed that, I think she got statutory'd by her tutor who then ghosted her and presumably moved onto the next girl, really hope she got arrested offscreen.

Feels like we're at the start of a new arc dealing with boss lady now.

Since 2.2 the quality of the writing, cultural rep and general plot has kinda gone up and down and for spoiler reasons I can't go into (because it's not out in GL yet) the use of certain characters like Lopera feels like they've been largely left by the wayside even though her story isn't done yet.
Hoping the main story gets back on track soon because the events are still consistently great.

I love Molly/Pera so much there's SO MUCH ANGST POTENTIAL in all of their interactions but they probably never will again because R1999 has been weird and inconsistent lately.

I don't know how to feel about this start.
GB Yuri very much feels like it splits into two categories, one where it's basically just tgirl yuri but with magical genderbend where a lot of focus is put on the genderbend itself and how the new girl feels about her life now alongside her new relationships.

The other is "I'm basically going to just write a man and very heteronormative male/female relationship with the GB as just a setup for the rest while not thinking about the implications but handwave it with genderbend" and I am not really sure which way this one is leaning and that's a LITTLE concerning, I'm saying this from the perspective of a tgirl myself so I could just be being paranoid but eh I've encountered the later too much and it's made me wary of it lately.

I'll just say this once so I don't start any arguments or whatever and will clarify this is very much a matter of personal taste but like...I don't like how this villainess manga is spending more time focusing on the love triangle with Diana and pushing Diana more than the actual villainess.
I came to this manga for hot evil/misunderstood women not whatever this is.
Again this is very much my personal preference I just really am not a fan of this sort of thing so I might just drop it for now and read when I see [Final] on the side.

While all of the routes were cute or hot in their own way, Nyx's was the only one to me that really felt like it was packed with some REALLY good writing.
It's also why the ""true"" ending pisses me off so much with how they treat Chimei and Nyx, some fans throw her under the bus too separate from Nyx even though evil or not Chimei ALSO got screwed over and the game never acknowledges this, that final route also just has some godawful dialogue.

Hopefully Dynasty is just niche enough to be passed over. Either way this is huge blow to the scanlation scene. Many yuri I follow are only on MD and not here. What infuriating is that they apparently don't care if a series is licensed or not before included it in the takedown notice.

On the one hand i'm sad that I have to go to aggregate sites for series like MOARN but on the other hand I want to just say "told you so" to any scan teams who only upload their works to one specific site.
This goes for dynastyscans too even if we get less takedown requests here.
