The marketing for this one has been super sus. Maybe it's an action series. Maybe it's a comedy about genres colliding. Maybe they're just drumming up interest and it's a regular PA Works work dramedy. No guys in the cast list yet, though

I think I heard somewhere in a pre release interview that the show isn't meant to be a yuri show, but there honestly isn't a heterosexual explanation for anything they've done so far.

I've seen similar comments used to mean that it's not yuri first and foremost. Like, there might be yuri elements, but they were primarily focused on other aspects when working on it

That they're set apart from the main branch does mean that VShojo's controversial tendencies shouldn't hit her as hard as they would otherwise, but basically anywhere else would still be better for someone traumatized by internet controversy. She also doesn't really have anyone to interact with besides Kson, and it's probably going to stay that way

Speaking of, the fact that VShojo was able to whip up a new branch for some former Hololive talent plus a L2D model in ~four months suggests that the auditions were a farce and they really only wanted existing big names

"Sana" could reasonably get tapped for a future Holomem's design. She could reasonably keep streaming in some limited capacity. ...Even if both these things happen, I don't think it's likely to make her spend more time with Hololive. She barely collabs with Holomems already (pre-graduation last hurrah aside)

Personally I'd expect a death fakeout or a crippling instead of an actual death. The series feels to upbeat to actual kill one of the main characters
