I was under the impression that Girls Und Panzer wasn't a yuri series at all. But I see yuri fanart everywhere...is it just that good?

You know how yuri ships could emerge if 2 female characters appear even once in one frame?GuP was a sport anime, following classic formular of sport anime and all, but since boys were nigh non existent in the series even when you count the background crowds, and cute girls are everywhere, of course there would be yuri fanart everywhere. Not to mention a lot of their interaction is practically screaming "shipping material".

The "I don't deserve to be on their stage" thing shared by Nekozaki and Kurosawa from Useless Princesses is pretty fucking weird, though, and hard to relate with. My self esteem is so low it is practically negative, but I would still never reject somebody I like's confession because I suspect I know better than them that they will be miserable with me (which I can only guess is the real underlying thought at play here, at least in Nekozaki's case).

Speaking from my own experiences as a 17 years old from more than a decade ago, I can tell your self esteem is not negative enough. I did exactly that when I was 17 and stupid, and it poisoned my relationships for years afterward. It was one of the biggest regrets of my life.
Seeing Nekozaki doing exactly that here makes me cringe for being too relatable.

^^ That's one hell of a hammock. A quick googling (because I suddenly want one) shows that while shark sleeping bags are common and hammock sleeping bags exists, currently there is no real shark sleeping bag hammock, even though it does not look like it's too hard to make. What a shame.

^ I don't know the furthest origin, but at some point it was a bunch of porn pics and videos (a lot of them are of lesbian kind) of two persons with quite large size gap, and the smaller one is lifted up and pressed against a wall like this pic here, with titles and/or the characters chatting about "are we even the same species" or something to that effect.

Kate was too busy with her rebellion to think about other stuff, Emilyco is devoted to Kate's cause and otherwise busy with regaining her identity, so it doesn't seem like this ship is hopeless, but it wouldn't be sailing anytime soon. @Snapdragon beans and @Mai Kitty: Well, it's not often that I get to hear directly from someone with that opinion, so I hope you don't mind enlightening me about how did you develope such opinion?

What I don't get is why is it considered 'got undone'/'retconned' when KyoAni followed through with the obligation to adapt the important plot points (which was a little rare for them, admittedly) that was already in the books before S1 aired (in particular here, the debacle with Reina's crush on Taki which was used to display some sort of character developement of Reina, and the het romance with Shoe Itchy which was mostly shelved until it's really needed i.e. in Chikai no Finale), and exercised their artistic liberty where they could by putting more emphasis and details on certain things that were already there (the confessions of love between Kumiko and Reina are the most notable), and made up some smaller details that aren't in too stark conflict with the important plot points (e.g. last scene of S2 with Kumiko and Asuka)? Just what do people mean when people say 'it gets undone'? While relationship status is more constrained by social norms, isn't it totally feasible for one person to harbour feelings for multiple people at once? Polyamory and bisexuality are also real, aren't they? Kumiko and Reina didn't form a formal relationship, but they still stuck together and held each other to special place in their lives. And not everything needs to be stated explicitly, do they?

^ My ability to keep my attention on any one thing has been deteriorating so bad, I couldn't hold it long enough to follow indepth conversations of a whole forum thread, so I just put it out when the thoughts crossed my mind when it's triggered by some sort of situational relevance, and take whatever quick words there to as new metadata for the next time the thought came around. So thank you for your reply. (Though personally I doubt that the het romance was shoehorned in in respond to shippers after the release of anime, since that het romance end was already there in the third book, which was released 4 days before the first episode of S1.)
