This was adorable, it's surprising that such a nice piece was from all the way back in 2013. Makes me wonder how many other doujins there are out there that haven't been scanlated yet.

There are so many doujs out there, it's ridiculous.

Is page 20 what happened when they first met or is that page 9? and page 20 is what she imagined might of happened if she had said she was cute?

When they first met is spread between pages 1, the last panel of 2, 9, the first panel of 10, the last panel of 14, and 20. It's all supposed to be sequential, I think.

In every HonoNico I've seen, Nico's in a constant state of exasperation. It's good.

I also kind of ship Dia w/everyone (except Ruby), but DiMaru is my preferred now, I think.

The blurb accompanying this on twitter is something like, "Don't show this to anyone but me." and Fugace's next few posts are talking about how embarrassing it is for Dia to have her forehead seen. FTW

This is not as good as the anime, though it does have its entertaining bits, and the art is cute.

I love Fugace, and I feel like DiMaru fits her "serious" art style better than NicoMaki. Glad I managed to pick this up.

Unexpectedly cute. I prefer double-swapped NicoMaki to half-swapped, but this is good, especially the first.

S&M's translation is pretty great, I think. Lots of character to go around. I'm not surprised they cut "ganbalillie." It doesn't really lend itself well to translation, and that kind of thing sounds more unnatural in English - or at least it's more unusual. It was confusing running across it in fan works and not knowing where it came from, though.

I saw the screening for day 1 today, and Rikako stood out as noticeably nervous before the piano bit, but she nailed it as I knew she would. Then I got home and watched that clip
