Looking at your post again, I think it might be My Beloved by Takemiya Jin, although the girl is reading a light novel rather than a manga, and I'm not really sure what the bit about a weird chin is. The rest matches up okay though.

All things considered, the only thing really special about the Y chromosome is that it carries the SRY gene that determines whether to produce the protien necessary for male development. It doesn't actually do very much else, and there's no reason a superscientist like PB couldn't synthesize that protein (or even the gene itself). At least in the context of what we've seen her being capable of, it's not much of a stretch to think she could easily make a Y-less male. Heck, she could just figure it out from a sample of Finn's cells if she wanted to.

Okay, I've taken a look into the game and every source I see tells me that the main character is a trans woman, therefore it is SERIOUSLY NOT COOL to be calling her a trap. As such, I am removing boith posts that THINK86200' put up, and warning them not to repost using those terms.

Using the term to refer to a male crossdresser is acceptable here, but NOT when referring to a trans woman. I hope we're all clear on this.
