I saw a commercial for a movie called Atomic Blonde starring Charlize Theron while I was watching some TV today and it seems like it has a lesbian sex scene? I mean, it seems pretty trashy to me based on the trailer and the damn title and I doubt it really goes anywhere beyond that but, well, it's something, I guess. I was looking for more action yuri anyway and maybe this will appease me for now until some actual action yuri comes out (screw you, Valkyrie Drive).

I gotta say that, that Madoka pic in the middle kinda freaked me out a bit when I saw it in the images section...

Pokemon yuri doesn't get better than Lillie x Protagonist/Moon/Mizuki/Serena. The combination of two of my favorite things couldn't get better.

I believe Lumbering meant that Pygmalion is 35 dollars, not Strawberry Vinegar. Besides, Strawberry Vinegar was never $15 to 20; at most, it's been $10. There's definitely a huge difference between a $35 VN and a $10 VN in terms of sale price; just look at Kindred Spirits on the Roof, for example, which has been $26 at the lowest even though it's been out for more than a year at this point. Pygmalion's probably gonna go the same route, so don't count on it becoming "free or extremely cheap" any time soon... or, really, any time at all.

Interesting story. One gripe: Sequel? But you even titled it as the first part. Is this really the follow-up to something that I missed?

I believe it has that tag because it's kind of a sequel to Hattori's other yuri work, Heart Gifts, since Shiro and Kuro are both from that series. It doesn't seem like they're gonna be all that important, but... maybe they will be, I dunno.

Ah, as cute and slightly erotic as all of Karuha's excellent works are. Well, I haven't read a Karuha doujin in a while, so the "slightly erotic" part is just conjecture, but I'm positive that all of her stuff's cute, at least. I do have a few questions though...

It's sad that Kiyo never got to tell Miko that she loved her before she died... and it's sad that she died. Holy shit, that opening page was freaking hilarious. It kind of had a sad undertone to it, of course, but, jeez, it just came out of nowhere and I loved it. The rest of the story was more ehhhhh to me, but, eh, it was still worth reading, I'd say.

I was so confused when I saw the title of this thing... it was, "Didn't this release a few years ago?" I did not realize that the chapter with the same title as the anthology hadn't been translated yet. Personally, I kind of find it funny that isome other chapter was translated like five years before the titular chapter thing (I don't know how to say this), but maybe that's just me. Glad it was though, it was a nice story.

Well, I'm beyond obsessed with achievements, and I want to 100% this VN so badly. I already beat it back when it released on itch.io three or so months ago, but I did not realize that I had apparently missed this much! i like experiencing EVERYTHING a story has to offer, so I need to get everything! Has anyone 100%'d it yet?

It looks like a good chunk of the achievements are based on naming the MC a special name. So far, I got (KIND OF SPOILERS FOR THE VN, SO DON'T LOOK TIL AFTER YOU FINISH IT) Madeleine, Daffodil, Lycoris, Wisteria, Samantha, Lillian, Toma, Emmeline, Bell, Rie, Licia, Minuet, Georgia, Roberta, and one of those catgirls from Nekopara. I presume Pretty in pick, Like BA-DAN!, Empty sketchbook (might be related to the whole Lycoris tree spirit thing now that I think of it but I don't know why I didn't get the achievement)Idiot Onee-san, English rose, and perhaps Metafiction are also name-related achievements, but I wouldn't know.

As for progress-based achievements, how exactly do you achieve Maids, knee socks, Shrimp princess, and Tea for Two? The only thing I can think of is quitting over and over again but that's kind of annoying... I thought I fulfilled the requirements for Exit pursued by bear and Just in time, but apparently I didn't. As for the last few achievements, I have no idea where to even get them. They would be Miss Maiorano, Girls have cooties!, and the Team achievements.

maybe if you're talking about real people that argument would hold, but this is fictional. these characters don't just fall in love because they have a mind of their own, it's the author's choice. if the author explicitly chooses to portray a relationship between sisters that's pretty fucked up and i don't want that to happen to such an enjoyable manga. and i know about citrus, i never read it because the premise of two sisters falling in love is fucked up and i'm frankly put off by most of the yuri community because they support things like pseudo-incest.

I would think it's more of a whole anime community thing than just a yuri community thing? I don't know for sure cause I'm not quite as involved in those communities as I am with the yuri community, but I don't see people getting pissed about... I forgot her name, Leafa/Suguru? being in love with Kirito in SAO (how I hated that anime) and all those shitty harem anime with those half-sisters in love with the protag. I admit that I certainly do get up in arms about those (that stupid sister was a source of rage for me for a while), so I kinda see your point since I definitely have a double standard when it comes to more... ah, messed up relationships that are yuri (see: Yuzumori-san, Candy Boy, I'm sure there are more).

I still remember the bittersweet emotions I felt while I was watching Episode 7 and that beautiful ending song playing over the credits... what was the song called again... And I'm Home, right? I haven't listened to it in a while, so I'm gonna go do that now... Anyhow, that episode and that damn song got me into yuri, and now I won't ever be able to get out of it. And I don't really want to either!

Nagisa would have felt a lot less shoehorned in in Rebellion if she had a great backstory like this. Whew, and what a great backstory it was. I never really supported NagiMami (MamiNagi? Nagimi? I dunno) before this because... well, there was pretty much no evidence for it at all (that I remember at any rate) but I'm just gonna take this as canon from now on.
