I see it like this: Fah raised Sea from a young age. It's almost like she's her mother, but she's also repressed feelings for her for a long time as she's developed. When she sobers up enough to realize she took advantage of Sea's feelings and betrayed her own, she cries and leaves to seek solace in Min's arms.

Min obliges but understands the issue. While she's somewhat annoyed that Fah won't kiss her like she kissed Sea, she tries to make Fah reasonable. After hiding at Min's place for a few days, Fah and Min go back to Fah's apartment to find Sea sick with a cold. Sea is sleeptalking expressing her desire that she doesn't want Fah to hate her. I think this is because Sea doesn't want Fah to feel disgusted that the girl she raised is in love with her romantically. After being rejected by Fah after sex, Sea feels that Fah hates her. Min's provocation and Fah's examining of Sea's body covered in her hickeys causes her to hear the sleeptalking and her boundaries are beginning to fall.

Makes perfect sense to me.

I would like to point out something regarding the whole debate about the biological use of a clit versus a developed penis. Generally most sexually dimorphic creatures have a "male seeking female" element. Even in plants or coral, they release huge clouds of pollen/spawn that seek out the eggs. Mammals have that as well generally, but it's more complicated than the more primitive "dump tons of buckets of sperm into the air/water and hope it meets something" method. The whole mammalian concealed ovulation and penile-vaginal system makes a clitoris make much more sense. If the female partner can be given enough pleasurable stimulus, it will sedate her long enough for the male to inject that Het goodness into her vagina so she gets Pregnant.

I think a Time skip tag is warranted if it outstrips the normal series's (or originating series's, for doujinshi) time progression. It should be a very noticeable time skip.

Slice of life genre stuff generally jumps around within the Japanese calender year (often starting with spring School semesters). For something like that, a Time skip would be warranted if, say, the story jumped ahead six months or more.

In the case of series which span a long amount of time, such as Shoujo legend Itazura na Kiss, the time skip would only be the final episode of the anime where it goes forward at least a few years. The show skips around generally from time to time about six months to a year.

I think a one-shot should merit a Time skip if a large time jump occurs in the story abruptly or if it jumps much farther ahead than the root story (for doujinshi).

Suppressing it isn't wrong at all. My spironolactone puts me in the 15-60 nanogram per deciliter range for testosterone which is normal for cis females, instead of the 300-1100 without suppression.

Estrogen is actually the bone-strengthening hormone more than T and mtf hrt causes increased bone strength for those on it. Muscles do atropy somewhat but that's normal for females. They switch from upper-body to lower-body being more strong.
