I like Uda x Riri as a ship and it was obvious this was the route for Uda, but I feel the author didn't really do a good job setting up their chemistry for me. We are told Uda crushes on Riri, but I don't think there was enough set up yet to really convince me why Uda likes Riri. So far it feels pretty forced and thus awkwardly paced to me even though I am looking forward to where this side pair will go.

I love Mona and I'm curious to see where her relationship with Shion will go. I find the two of them more interesting than the main couple right now

Ummm... The only "happy ending" I see here is Aizawa being one of these ghost of someone who is in coma. I don't see that's the case here since they said she was dead already, unless her family and/or company decided to spread the rumor because reasons... Worst scenario, MC kills herself to be with her. I really hope is not that-

Just finished this and thanks so much for the tip because it was not talked about at all and I wouldn't have known about it if it weren't posted here. It was such a joy to see such a high quality original yuri anime like this. I do think people going into this shouldn't watch it expecting a traditional romance story and instead should see it as primarily a story about Momo's journey and growth. I see some bad takes on this series and I feel if you don't go into it with a traditional anime series pacing in mind, then you'll probably enjoy it more.

At the beginning I was like "eh another Mieruko-chan knock off", but that quickly changed. Interesting premise and enough mystery plot points for it to explore to keep it engaging (if they do go in that direction). Hard to see right now if it's just gonna be a SOL gag manga or if there will be a plot.

I didnt realize it until it was pointed out to me but having the latte represent an asshole was just genius. Heck pretty much every panel is gold. Koto Sakeru's brain is just on another level and the art is just too good. He actually does a great job making this smell fetish actually seem appealing and sexy lol

also Kaori is so cute!!! I can't get enough, part of me wants this to be tamer and just with Kaori but again, the protagonist is just too twisted to make something sweet out of this story.

Ughhh I totally agree! I highly doubt MC will just stick with Kaori, but she had been given most of the focus so far so I'm really hoping it'll surprise us and be like "Is My Hobby Weird" where there are others involved, but the two of them will be the "main" couple.

Yeah, but Waterlemon and Roodypatooty aren't exactly wrong in saying that the story is creepy and rapey if they read the internal monologue as coming from Asahi. While eeven then it's not particularly unusual for a manga relationship, it's a lot creepier IMO than if we assume that it's Sakura's thoughts that are laden with desire.

i don't disagree with the creepy and rapey undertones. it definitely is rapey no matter whose internal dialogue if this took place in a real life setting, but since it's an ecchi manga and i saw it from Sakura's point of view, I'm not gonna think too much about it and it just becomes another tasteless hentai-y oneshot lol (plus like other's said there's not enough context of their background to see how their relationship dynamic truly is).

Teasing to the point of tears is too much tho since it doesn't even looks like she enjoys the teasing (I do think it's implied Sakura does enjoy their hidden groping sessions though which is why she goes along with it).

Kinda just looks like she got dragged away after refusing tho.

Peer pressure is a thing, especially when you're still young and haven't dealt with enough BS to learn to stand up for yourself.

I don't disagree with this either, but again I'm just comparing it to a lot of other stories that have played this trope to its death and that's usually how those relationships are meant to be read, even if I don't like it.

I can see your points if the story is read the way you read it, but I just think it wasn't what the author intended (which maybe this discussion is pointless since only they'd know anyway lol)

Oh I do think some "evidence" as to it being a more lighthearted consensual relationship is the last page where Sakura says they should prob go and find the others, Asahi whines and then Sakura just goes "Ah geez...". It reads a lot more lighthearted than everything else and comes across more playful between the two.

At first I assumed the narration was by the black haired girl Sakura but on re-reading, I'm going to go with it being the other girl's POV. Yes, they have a secret but its not exactly consensual and she's using Sakura's reputation as the class president to blackmail her. :(

No I think it's just the typical "you say no, but you actually like it" stuff in hentai. I think they are in a consensual (for a manga) relationship and the comment about being class president is like the "ooo you're such a naughty girl" type of dirty talk and not blackmail or anything like that. I love this series so fucking much. I've been laughing so hard every chapter. Every joke has not missed even the little small ones like "you're on the tennis team, dumbass", that meta joke about the mangaka getting a degree in liberal arts and knows nothing about math, DAT ASS, 20,000 IQ. I like how she also reveals that it's kinda a turn off when someone isnt embarrassed about their sweaty-ness lol.

Chapters 2 and 3 were really good but so glad to see we're going back to focusing on Kaori. She's soooooo cute and definitely my fave so far. Her small appearances in 2 and 3 were really cute too.
