Yea because feelings are set in stone. It's not like they can change or fade over time. The first person you fall in love is the one you will end up with no matter what because that is how love works. Not like you could find someone else, especially if your love interest doesn't really interact with you or show any interest (or even know you exist).

It's sad that so many manga and anime writers legitimately believe what you just wrote, resulting in countless agonizing love triangle plots where you just KNOW the most wonderful characters have no chance of winning.

I don't like the turn this manga takes.

It just pokes fun at someone with a serious problem, instead of addressing solutions. Like you'd see someone slipping and falling in the street and you'd point and laugh instead of helping.

I wouldn't say it's poking fun at her quite like that. It's going for the kind of black comedy where you're supposed to sympathize with the victim, with the hunor coming from relating to their misfortune.

There's a whole world of untapped potential with this ship. Emily is a relative blankslate and the possibilities are endless

I honest to god don't get this particular ship. I mean, don't get me wrong, the doujin was great and the fanart of them is really cute, but their interactions in everything I've seen aren't really shippy? I mean, as far as I can tell.

Shipping isn't necessarily about the amount or quality of the characters interactions in the actual work, it's also about imagining how their personality and appearance might fit together in a relationship IF the events had gone differently.

The artist obviously struggled with the anatomy here, but it's actually forgivable. I have to give them a points for picking fairly believable poses (most of the time).

The fact that Eli used to be a dancer makes them fairly acceptable. Also, stand in front of a mirror, point your arm diagonally away from it, and you too can have a baby arm.

Surprisingly, Saki and Manager seem to be the slowest progressing couple yet in a Mochi story. Must be building up to something big

I hate to say it, but I can't get over how attractive Neeko is. Porn idea is terrible, but looks do help you in a job interview from what I've heard. Seems like she has a decent number of people who are trying be friends with her, but she's too scared of rejection to deal with life. Hopefully Chiro will keep trying.
