Logic and common sense or just reading the two chapters tell me that the people in this relationship have a recurrent "aggressive top, briefly reluctant bottom" dynamic which the bottom seems quite happy with overall. "please do me" (ch 1), "give in to how good it feels" (ch 2). Calling it sexual assault is a stretch.
