You've done a good job and I enjoy reading your translation. And I'll definitely buy the licensed volumes when they come out. (And the Japanese versions too.)

But I still miss the Fly by Yuri version. But she just flatly refuses to work on currently licensed manga, that b****! Wait... hold on a sec... isn't that b****, I mean that girl me!?? Ah, never mind.

But seriously, please heed the credits page and buy the manga so that we can have more wonderful manga like this one.

I'm very glad you enjoyed reading our versions especially since we modeled it after your chapters :). Fonts mayyyy look similar. I'll def buy the English version when it's released; I already own the Japanese version :D

And on one or two occasions you've separated the word 'suppose' as 'supp-ose'. It'd be better as 'sup-pose' tbh.

In the end, I just want to pay the mangaka for their work. Problem is, they aren't getting the money they deserve with unofficial online translations; even though I legit bought the Japanese manga, they don't get paid when I share the translation. I like that the US license guarantees the mangaka gets paid for the US sales (I'd assume), but until that content is available, I feel like scanlation falls in a gray area, much like song parodies and video game let's plays.

The content we provide brings these awesome works to the English speaking public, exposes them to mangas they might not have otherwise known about, and is extremely handy when no official US licenses exist (or for people who live outside of the US and have no hopes of EVER having a local licensed version). Aren't sites like mangapark and dynasty-scans part of the reason why mangas get popular, and why official US deals are created? I ask because I'm not sure, but I'd suspect manga sites play a role.

Long story short, I purchased my own copy of Volume 2, and I want to share the English version with all of you. Either I'm going to make it for my own consumption, or I can try to share it. I vote for the later. If I'm asked to take it down, I will, but in each of my releases, I'm going to tell people about the official release and encourage them to purchase it. I want the money to go where it belongs, but I also want people to keep reading these fantastic works until they can purchase it themselves. Until then, I'm going to keep scanlating.

I'm hoping this series continues :/ If it's going to continue (or if it's completed and I just don't realize it), I'd be down to help getting it scanlated :) I've already snagged all the raws up to "Chapter 13" (aka Chapter 7.1)

Oh, I myself will definitely buy the licensed version when it comes out, I just don't want to wait that long to read it for the first time time, like everyone else here :) Will Dynasty Scans not allow me to submit it, or take it down? There are plenty of manga sites I can submit it, so I'm sure I can find a place that will take it. Am I able to upload the raws to this site?

I ripped the raws directly from a digital source, so all pages are very high quality (3063 x 2160, 72 ppi). You can see them in the last link I posted.

It sounds like Ropponmatsu may be up for helping out with translating, but as soon as I can get a translation, I wouldn't be surprised if I can get Chapter 7 out within a week.

Even if the licensed work hasn't been released yet? Haha should I have not said that it was licensed? It seems kind of lame to not be able to scanlate something that's been scheduled to be released in 1-2 years.

I'm looking for a translator for Chapters 7-12 of Morinaga Milk's latest adorable series: "Hana to Hina After School", since there don't appear to be any active projects for it. Seven Seas has officially licensed the comic, but doesn't plan to release the first volume (which was unofficially released by the ever-awesome Fly By Yuri in July 2015) until March 2017, and I'd like to scanlate volume 2 ahead of schedule :)

I have all the high resolution raws, and will be handling cleaning and typesetting, unless anyone else wants to help out in that department as well.
