Mensa? In this case, it's a Latin loan word, due to the academic language in Germany being Latin for centuries (well, obviously). It's a leftover from that time.

It's actually pretty solid research, since anywhere else it'd be called, well, "Cafeteria" or "Kantine" or somesuch.

In my defence, Mensa is also an italian word who mean Cafeteria so it's an easy mistake.

The manga clearly takes place outside of Japan, in this case leaving those very Japanese terms in place is pretty odd.

My memory is bad at those times so i don't remember it.

Even with Mai around, we've had home visits, an increasing desire for kissing and physical contact (see ch 61), and love letters.

Again, at first you can't really know if Mai's attitude will have been harmless. I mean when she thought "she date a girl and kiss her then maybe i have a chance", it's legitimate to have fear about it. Of course after the last two chapters on Mangadex, i know that Mai don't seem that mean and even feel like a third wheel and also said she feel guilty to stick to Nanoha.

Unfortunaly it's Sexy Akiba who work on it. As they do pretty good job, they aren't the more consistent team when in come to work. I think you will have better luck waiting for physical Volume release as Vol.1 is already out since November 12th. Physical release that might be the reason why they drop it.

Then again Mai butting in make the progress a bit slower since she constantly trying to stay between them so i can understand why people are upset. We waited 48 before having a kiss and Chidori saying "i love you", she have circumstances about that's still damn slow for 2 girls who are supossingly dating plus we just go out of the Chidori's Senapi arc so having another rival right off the bat is annoying. It's up to personal opinion but the pacing make it hard to not see Mai as a potential problem.

After the two last chapter on Mangadex i know she is less mischievous than she seem to be and understand that the relation between Nanoha and Chidori is strong

When it start off with Tae and Jimiko it was nice then Tanako comeand i was like ok then Tanako decide she also want a relation likeTae/Jiniko and she found Rise and i thought that we will have Tanako/Rise falling for each other since Tanako already said she want to date and become lover but nop Rise become a dumb bitch and start that whole shitshow the current arc is. Here is what started it all and it's why i hate hentai logic. "I could ask this question to Tanako and not have sex with you to found out but i will not do the first and totally the second because we need to fuck"

I just found out that Kagisora Tomiyaki is a guy. For some reason that makes the manga seem much more creepy, to me.
