Well for me, it's quite the opposite. I read doujins first, and when I like it, that's when I look for the original to watch/read. And of course, my goggles are on upon watching/reading the original. Especially if the yuri element's just fan-based.

This happened to me a couple of times from one of my relationships. At first, the shock is there and the feeling of "responsibility" towards that person. But, as it prolongs, it's very tiring. And yes, not good for the relationship as well. Sooner or later, you'll get the feeling of "Sure! Do whatever you want! I don't care anymore" kind of thing.

I'm not quite sure about it, but, I think it kinda depends on the type of friends you got. Some boob grabbing while playing around is a bit tolerable (just based on my own experience). But boob grabbing in an intimate kind of way is out of the question.
