^It's... complicated.
The gist of it is that Kiara and Calli have known each other for millennia, being a phoenix and a reaper, and they've become good friends over time. Kiara is completely smitten by Calli but Calli is a classic tsundere and always keeps her at an arm's length but Kiara is slowly chipping her way into Calli's heart. Although things are going to get rough since Kiara is leaving Japan this month.

Her last work that got translated was a long time ago and I really loved her works did she stop? What happened to her?

She joined Irodori and now they're releasing nearly all of her work officially. However, Irodori is notorious for being scumbags with questionable quality in their translations and they are also very DMCA happy so scanlation groups tend to steer clear of artists associated with them.

People keep focusing on the thing about Calli haven't watched Kiara's video yet and while it was awkward, I don't think is such a big deal as some are making it to be. And I assume that Kiara knows Calli enough to have considered that possibility anyway. Other than that, the whole stream was pure gold, and Calli's reaction to receiving her present from Kiara was the best part.

All the debates about if this series is yuri or not become hilarious after reading the A Yuri Story About a Girl Who Insists "It's Impossible for Two Girls to Get Together" Completely Falling Within 100 Days LN because, at some point, A Room for Two is used as an example of a story about lesbians. Here's the quote

"This one is a heart-warming story 4-koma manga about two high school girls living together. Because the other manga are like that this one started to feel like this story is about lesbians!"
"Calm down, [Futaribeya] is really a yuri manga"

Mind you, I'm pretty sure A Room for Two was used specifically because Yukiko does the art for the novel.
