In a nutshell, this title is Kosuzume's way of telling the readers: 'In case you hadn't noticed, Makino's papa and mama are scum too!'

I knew their parents were pieces of shit and Makino’s big sis was too naive or is just plain dumb to think these controlling parents would be accepting of her doing anything outside their little heir mold.

I am so sorry for Makino. Her sister is out of the house, so all the pressure falls onto her.

Big sis was always the clear favorite, so she probably never got to see just how terrible her folks are. The worst part is that this chapter just cements the idea that they never saw Makino as anything more than a backup. They had to make sure she did well so that she didn’t embarrass them, of course, but it’s not until they write off their older child that they really start trying to cram her into the mold they had made for the older one.

They are basically trying to offload the business inheritance through a marriage since the big sis is refusing the position

Now the question, is Makino gonna run away and live at Mashiros/sister's place or is she gonna try tanking the interviews

Sex for (dubious) information is starting to get really close to simply having sex for the fun of it but that's a terrible deal. Miss Kirishima you're worth far more than that.

Well this was a pretty good chapter as long as we ignore Ciel's backstory. That thing was just made no sense. There was no mention of hiding the twins away for the first ten years of their lives so everyone would know that Ciel was a girl and that Leo was the firstborn.

The girl at the end of the chapter is definitely Lillian, Evris's former friend, but her characterization is...pretty different from how it was in chapter 1. In chapter 1 the author seemed to be setting up a "she's actually a good person who's being blackmailed or something" twist, but the last two pages of this chapter seem to be setting her up as like a yandere villain who's obsessed with Evris. Personally I'm hoping she'll end up being more complex than either of those possibilities.

My money is on her Actually being Leo, how else would she know. Unless she is an Alphardian nobel
