^It depends on the couple. A lot of people do enjoy a relationship dynamic with distinct roles. Though how that applies to Diana and Akko, you've got me there.

I love Citrus, but even i have to say that the drama feels really pointless right now, and thats saying something with Citrus. Everytime it feels like Mei goes through some character development, she immediately regresses the next arc. Like wasn't the last arc with her wanting to get more physical with Yuzu some sort of way of telling us that Mei was slowly being more honest with Yuzu about her feelings? Why is she acting like early chapters Mei now? I really hope this storyline doesn't get dragged on more than necessary.

Unfortunately, this is the way humans are. It can take many years of patience and effort to truly change yourself and grow out of your problems. In the interim, there will be plenty of ups and downs.

Will this be the first manga on this site ever to upgrade from the subtext tag to the yuri tag?

It's flip flopped the whole time. It was WAY worse before Mei and Yuzu became official. I thought it was sad, yet sweet how Mei cried for Yuzu in her wedding dress.

And I understand why she's afraid to go against her grandfather, he has control over many aspects of her life due to being a family member, and is a jerk.

I think I can sort of explain explain Oga being able to see Mikoto's wings. Oga may not be biologically related to Mikoto, but spiritually, she is a sister to her. I think it's the Haruki Murakami style of metaphor, if the relationship between two things is a certain way in practice, it matters not whether it's that way in literal fact.

And as for why that's the case? Again it doesn't really matter. Some things simply are, without having a reason to be. Even in real life, no one knows why the universe exists or why it is the way it is.

That said, Mikoto's right in the afterword... There was no sex dammit! And how it was brought up in the story would have made a glorious scene!!

I kinda agree with not having them have sex there. They both got their feelings across.

ON THE OTHER HAND, why not draw them finally doing it when they get home from the hospital? It would have been the perfect ending!

Pretentious battle harem staring a nihilistic pedophile who wants to bang his little sisters, complete with self claimed lesbian who wants MCs dick just as bad as everyone else. Otaku bait that won't be ending anytime soon and giving shaft an excuse not to make the next Madoka project.

I've always thought this, but until now I've never had this opinion validated by another person. Try as I might, I can't see any philosophical value in monogatari. It's always seemed to me like a "worst of" compilation of anime tropes, combined with a very slow pace.

I thought it was pretty annoying too until the second last panel on https://dynasty-scans.com/chapters/yuri_natsu_kagaya_inn_ch34#5, then I realized Nazuki isn't really being forced into anything, and the story hasn't lost its lighthearted nature.

But those eyes annoy the hell outta me

That panel was supposed to be the punchline of the entire chapter. The way I saw this one:

Black eyed girl is being completely unreasonable, and Nazuki is mentally rolling her eyes the whole time. Finally weird girl makes a ridiculous demand, and Nazuki decides to say "whatever" and just do it because she wants the kiss. This is not a serious situation and I think people either misunderstood or overreacted to the power dynamic between them.

Has the author already drawn them making out?

Who's thinking in all the black boxes? Why were they ambushing her? What happened to the other person who ambushed her? What sport was she doing in the beginning? Why, what, how, why?

My favorite is still probably Secret Recipe, simply because of Wakatsuki's progress from popular girl who manipulates boys and feels pity for the unpopular little girl in the baking club to washing her hair in the janitor's closet because she's anguishing over that same girl. It's also the best "table-turner" yuri manga ever :)

I want to agree with you here because I love The Secret Recipe too, but for the record, Wakatsuki doesn't manipulate boys, she just has an easy time getting asked out by boys she thinks she likes. And she never pities the president. She crushes hard on her from the start, and kisses her in the first chapter because she's quitting the club over it and wants to have one first and last intimate moment with her.

They were making a joke because "concrit" isn't a word, at least not an English one. Most likely a typo, so they were wondering what word you actually meant to type.

I guess he just didn't consider that people might not understand "concrit" as shorthand for "constructive criticism."

It looks like I might be going back to college again, if this program accepts me. I don't entirely regret dropping out initially, but I just don't see people most of the time, and I can't meet new people either. My high school friends seem to have finally lost patience with me. They went to a party without me on New Years Eve, and just put a photo up on Facebook with the caption "Squad reunited," minus one member of that so-called squad. The only thing I look forward to is weightlifting, but my knee is injured and taking an eternity to heal.

Sorry for all the complaining. I'll try to come up with something better to talk about later.

No, that's pretty much impossible. I meant the other way, at least in the stories on this site, seems to create effective romances.
