This been bugging me for years.
It's about an adult couple living together, and there's also a secondary couple.
The secondary couple consists of schoolgirls with typical butch/femme dynamic (I think, can't quite remember).
The more feminine of the secondary couple is either living together with or like to visit the main couple's house. She might be a relative or a neighbour, and the main couple often acts like mentors for the younger girls.

It's been a long time since I read it, so I'm probably wrong, but it reminded me of this.

Rini was irking me in the beginning, but it was a pretty good read. I loved the character designs too.

I love this so much already.

But perhaps it is time to look into a new solution that doesn't rely on stealing. It might be more difficult to do with major manga titles that are licensed by a publishing company, but maybe independent mangakas and doujin artists could work with translators to produce digital copies of their work that could then be sold online.

Unlikely. I don't think many artists even consider that they might have a market overseas. As for working with translators, I faintly recall one such group mentioning (regarding officially TL works) that the artist was very skeptical for much of the proccess, because scanlators were known just as "the people who steal their works and put it on the net" by most artists. If this is the prevailing stereotype, I doubt we'll be seeing much colaborations of this kind any time soon.

I'm looking for a oneshot(?) about two girls in high school(?) where one of the girls who I think was blonde suddenly confesses to the other girl who reluctantly accepts, the girl who was confessed to doesn't notice any changes in their until the blonde girl suddenly kisses her goodbye after a date. And I think at some point the blonde girl gets confessed to by a guy after breaking up with the other girl because she thinks that she's uncomfortable being in a relationship with her. Then the other girl comes back to kiss her and tell the guy that the blonde girl's already taken, then she and the blonde girl get back together.

That's about as far as I can remember, I spent a few days looking for this without knowing this forum existed.

I said Rider's attraction was canon, not a romantic relationship between her with Mitsuzuri. I talked about being an official couple, like Iri and Kiritsugu. There's ample room between that and a crack ship, including pairings like the main heroines of FSN x Shirou, which only aren't the former because there's no official route, really. That said, if you don't see anything remotely sexual in Rider's behaviour around her, then sure, call it a crack ship.
