I give up!
I wonder if Akira knows what this signifies...

What I really like is how Yuuka is depicted. Nice, but a real gadfly whose second-greatest joy in life is teasing people (the greatest for her is talking to and taking care of flowers, of course). Contrast that with all the "psychopathic monster" depictions of the same character.

Well, the "psychopathic monster" depiction is closer to her actual character. As far as I know, nothing in canon states or implies that she would do something altruistic like this. Not that I disagree with you, though; I much prefer this interpretation.

I recall that there was a discussion about the overall quality of Mochi's work earlier. This is what I love to see from her: short, concise, no excessive characters, just a cute, realistic exchange between two women.

I feel like I almost never see Im@s Classic uploaded here anymore. It's always nice to have more, especially since I don't read Cinderella Girls doujins at all.

This has occurred to me as well, but I've come to take it with a grain of salt as the whole "top and bottom" thing is often just superficial and doesn't really describe the characters' relationship. Although, when it seems like the "top" is pressuring the "bottom" into sex when they're not fully okay with it, I get uncomfortable. As I understand, that's also a yaoi thing.

Good story with pretty art. I enjoyed most of it but, like others said, there were a few confusing parts... like, for one, why did Yuuri have all those pregnancy tests anyway? Also, didn't Rikako only find out at the very end that Yuuri was gay...? How did she introduce girls to her before if she only found out jsut then? Or did she just find out that Yuuri had a GF at the very end?

After reading through several times, my guess is that Yuuri already confessed to Rikako a while back (and was rejected). Rikako seems like the kind of person who refuses to let something like that come between friends, which is why it upset her when Yuuri became distant anyway.

Anyone else see those long ass nails geez

My first thought was "Ouch!?" Was the artist just not considering that?
Reminds me of a scene from a webcomic, where one of the protagonists doesn't want to make an appointment with the gynecologist after meeting her at a party and seeing her long nails (they were obviously fake).

So, to but into the Mochi discussion, i think i have a somewhat unique perspective on why i like her. As someone who has been in a relationship with her blood-related sister for....wow, its been close to 8 years, now that i think about it (and still just as in love as on the first day <3) , i really got into Mochi because of her repeated Incest stuff.

Her Incest stuff has no porn, and my favourite story of hers, the two sister dating site one, actually conveys real emotion. I love that one in particular, because a lot of the stuff depicted there happened to us irl. The marriage chapter is pretty much 1-1. ^^

After i finsihed it for the first time i got my sis and we read through all of it together again. And ater that, the rest of Mochis stuff. Her work got me more emotional than any other ive read, and thats why i just cant ever dislike her stuff, haha.

Though i do agree she could stand to make longer story. There are so many pairs i want to read an update on!

Well, thank you for sharing all that. I can appreciate your perspective about this. Although incest isn't a particular interest of mine, I don't have a problem with it either. (You'd never catch me writing an incest story, though...) And I did enjoy Met My Sister. However, my problem is with overall narrative, not specific content.

To illustrate my point, take Mousou Artifact by Takemiya Jin (since that's been uploaded somewhat recently as of this post). I had no awareness of the first part, since it was tucked away in a collection I hadn't looked at. However, I was able to understand and appreciate the manga's story on its own even without the context of the original. Certainly, reading Mix helped me understand the characters better, but Mousou Artifact stands on its own as a great story.
Mochi's sequels don't stand on their own. You just aren't going to really understand them if you haven't read the original story. Like Kingdom Hearts, if Kingdom Hearts was a series of 4-page Twitter manga. It's obviously not fair to compare a relative newcomer like Mochi to a decorated veteran like Jin, but my point still stands. Mochi's currently preferred format is... well, I wouldn't go so far as to say quantity over quality, but certainly volume over substance. It's fine for those who like it, but just leaves a bad taste in my mouth, which is upsetting because I otherwise like the artist's work. If she were to, say, take the two parts of Met My Boss, merge them into one story, and then expand on that story with a unified narrative, I would be delighted. However, it doesn't seem like Mochi has much inclination towards that type of storytelling, and if Mochi thinks she can satisfy people with a stream of short, same-y Twitter manga, she may be less likely to attempt something bigger. Again, this is fine for those who like it. It's just a shame, that's all.

That was a real treat to read. Like other people mentioned, the happy ending was a pleasant surprise.
What's funny is that I'm currently writing an age gap story myself, so it was weird that this just popped up here now.

What exactly is this? Without the context of the anime, I can see that it's telling basically the same story as this, but the characters are radically different.

This is the original story with the original character personalities back in 2015. Later on they got a reset/reboot to become the characters we know now. Since this is a multimedia franchise that incorporates the seiyuus, they made the new character personalities reflect the seiyuus personalities better.

Interesting. Looking on Wikipedia, it says this series is still running?

What I'd really like to see is for Mochi to try a long-form story that's actually planned out. I think a lot of her series are done in an ad-hoc kind of way, incorporating whatever she's thinking of at the time. I think she's got good ideas, so a piece where she gives herself the chance to think them through and characters get space on the page to grow, she could probably do something really special.

I would say Kasumi and Acchan at least approaches that ideal, more so than Met My Sister (which quite frankly went on a bit too long for how much story it had) and Yuri Natsu (which has too many characters, too little focus, and doesn't feel like any sort of cohesive narrative). If Mochi isn't continuing that series because she doesn't have any ideas currently, I can appreciate that, but at the same time, things like A Neighbor aren't helping my patience.

Although, thinking about it more, perhaps Mochi's inability to draw sex scenes is what's keeping K&A from continuing?

she probably thought of the follow up way later.

Obviously. My point is that they didn't feel to me like complete stories to begin with, and would have benefited from the extended length and plot. I suppose it's a difference in design philosophies. And as Nezchan said, sometimes the short lengths work perfectly well... but sometimes they just don't at all, and it bugs me that something was released essentially incomplete when it could have been released later in a more finished state if the artist had mulled over the idea longer.
Of course, this is entirely subjective.

Of all the times I've been blindsided, I think this is a competitor for "Most fucked-up plot twist."
Going forward, besides the obvious question of "Where the hell is this going?", I'm wondering about how soccer girl will fit into this (she sure didn't seem like a throwaway character), and how long this manga will end up being. (Or has the serialization already concluded?)

Simple art doesn't necessarily mean bad art. It's more a matter of how effective it is at getting across expressiveness, telling characters apart, and so on.

The other side of the coin is that Mochi's stuff isn't flawless, and how short the chapters are plays into that. Now deliberately working within a confined space can really work well, but it doesn't always and sometimes Mochi's choice to mostly do 4-page works leaves characters undeveloped, jokes that fall flat, and plots that just randomly end before they really get started. Most of her work is really good, but sometimes, well...

I have to say, every time Mochi does a follow-up to a one-shot manga, I just wonder why they weren't a unified story to begin with.

This looks vastly different from the manga, yet at the same time similar enough that I could tell it was Riyo's at a glance.

I was playing Victory 2 but the fact that I want to play with Noire and Neptunia but I'm forced to play 2 arcs without them is too sad, is up to fans and artist to deliver the true potential of Neptunia series

Glad to see I'm not the only one who feels that way. Then again, I guess it's that feeling of "If it were up to me, it would be this way" that inspires fanworks in the first place.

Thanks Onyx! I finished the drawing https://i.imgur.com/24CVhdn.png X)!

That pair looks cute too, like hard and soft sides, but it looks like my next one will be Noire and Neppy after all.
YES! I had to draw the president after hearing the ending once, it was a beautiful ending, sadly the anime ended without much glory and later I found that Kyouko was my favorite for some reason I can't explain.

Weird, I had just been thinking that I wanted to get back into the Neptunia series.
Also, do you have a gallery where you usually post your artwork?

Still these are some cracky ships if you ask me (except for Mokou ofc).

Well, excluding Stage 4, these are all the bosses from IN not affiliated with Eientei. You could look at it as being the foil to an Eientei harem.

It's really a shame about most of Hater's other works. He really has that casually ecchi style, like Aoshima, that I love.

Unfortunately, I think it's a case of having to just look away from the things you don't want to see. I'm just glad the artist does actual yuri [sometimes], rather than... well. I don't think I need to finish that statement.

Is Watamote actually like this now? I only own up to vol. 7 (and I think I've only read to 4), and I've been considering whether I want to get up to date with the series.

As far as the yuri material goes, it really starts to kick off with the school trip arc (volume 8), where the majority of these side characters get introduced and gradually twisted by the presence of Tomoko. Nemo has been present for a while, but she too gets some intriguing develops following that arc.
But if dorky trash protagonists are your bag, there's still plenty to enjoy from the stash you've got at the moment (and Mokocchi has a fair amount of gay moments).

Definitely sounds more attractive than some of the other series I'm behind on. Why did I start reading Citrus? Why did I keep reading it? Life's persistent questions.
The closest to yuri I remember reading in the series is when Tomoko condescendingly thinks about wanting to fuck "Yuu-chan." I was really surprised when I realized there was suddenly a lot of yuri fan content for the series.
