Just finish Ch.7 and what can i say. Sheryl is definitevely up to no good, acting like she was worried about Claire when she wasn't and even slow down the arrival of the squad. What the flashback dream told me is that Claire and the android where probably in couple but TR get assasinated,probably by Sheryl and Claire got her accident (maybe Sheryl too) and Sheryl decide to rewrite Claire's memories to make her believe they were married and "tranform" human TR in an android. Fucking Claire in front of TR was probably Sheryl's way to make her understand that Claire is now hers.

Also Shimamura did answer that it was just a friend and Adachi should know how dense is Shima so she should understand that when Shima said friend then it's just a friend. I totally get what Adachi's point is but in practise she is the one in the wrong and Shimamura's reaction even if she is harsh, is totally understandable.You have someone who is always awkward toward you when you're talking together suddendly renting like a possesive lover when Shima was just hanging out with a long lost friend. It hurt me that Shima answer that bluntly but not only it's totally her style of answer,it's also apretty normal reaction.

I don't have anything in particular to add, but I wanted to say that those were both really great interpretations of the story and I think they're pretty on base.

My god did you really finish on that ? That 6-7 pages of Adachi just venting up her anger on Shimamura, just to Shimamura answering in her classic style was both painful and laughable. I can totally understand both the vent up of Adachi and the answer of Shima but at the same time both are bit incondesirate. Adachi had no real right to be mad at Shimamura like that when she is awkward most of the time she talk to Shimamura but then again, her world has been shattered and she don't know how to properly react. For Shimamura, i guess i could have the same reaction and honestly i don't blame her because i too will had think it's a pain that someone rent so much on me for something I don't really understand but then again it's seem that she didn't even try to understand what Adachi was talking about.
On to Tarumi, i can't blame her for doing this. She have found the one she was looking for and want to deepen her bond with her after so many years aparts. She might be too aggresive for her own good but then again Shimamura is really dense so.

Well, let's see, it's a yuri series that despite being a somewhat "cliché" setting (in one case senpai/kouhai in a club at school, in the other senpai/kouhai at an office, both pretty classic) gets significantly emotionally deeper than expected, and ends up being super poignant (to me at least). Biggest difference is that the Senpai doesn't fall in love with the kouhai.
