I utterly love how unaffected by the kabedon Anne is. In fact she is welcoming it and returns the embrace. This portrays their relationship dynamic so well~

This pairing is what makes the series worth reading.

As compatible as oil and water, but cuteness is a universal constant.

So they wore the same outfits in the last pic, but this one doesn't have the Childification tag. Which makes me assume that they returned to normal, but angel-chan stayed dominant. The pure angel taking charge over the shy demon is my jam.

Yuri x Nemo is like the most colorful and unique crack I have seen. Designer crack? Either way I like it because of its sheer eccentricity.

Like I keep saying on every Zombie Land pic: They don't make sense. Everything they do contradicts that they are dead. So we should just accept that they are magic nonsense and never think about it again.

For Japanese lesbian couples in Japan to say "Wait until marriage" is pretty much a death sentence for lewd stuff.

I think the most impressive part is that the maid did basically not age. Age gap tag?

Why people love those kind of things even through ther's no trace of plot or conflict. How powerful can the Cuteness (with upper case), be, that doesn't need no support for people to love it. It's a kind of magic.

You may laugh at this, but this chapter actually had character development. Hino being open about her wish to stay close with Koguma without any strings attached or pretending to trick her is a huge leap in their relationship.

Character interactions, chemistry and comedy can carry anything to be honest. Some of the best things ever made are solely good because of the characters playing off of each other.

Like what other ones..? From this artist? I haven't seen a censored yuri kiss in months...
I did see a censored kiss in Kaguya-sama though. That was BS.

Didn't even expect there to be a kiss in Kaguya to begin with.

Well, if you aren't up to date with the manga, I suppose that makes sense. Believe me, it was earned.

The most yuri thing I have ever seen.

If this manga will be like the other ones that censor any kissing scenes that may happen in the future, then yes, this is the most yuri thing I'll see on this manga.

Licking the same ice-cream is a really common romance trope, especially in het stories

Yes indeed. The most yuri thing I have ever seen. Hopefully all photoshoots will be this interesting.

The "baka" streak has still not been broken. She has said it every chapter without fail, but its getting sweeter each time.

That's the title point

For maximum moe points I want there to be one chapter where Hino is the one calling Koguma "baka" while blushing.
It would probably end me right then and there.

I wonder if they are more common in stuff tagged with things I won't read . . .

I can't say. We all have our own little bubbles. Like in another thread people acted like there are no tomboy stories where the tomboy isn't trying to become girly, even though I read far more "she is the high-school prince" stories than reversals of it.
Even with something as niche as yuri, we already have insane amounts of stories to pull from, so everything you can imagine has already been attempted at least.

WHO GAVE YOU THE RIGHT TO BE WHOLESOME!?

Gah, I came here for the trolling and now I'm on the ground rolling. This is too good.
We always knew Koguma was the big gay, but Hino isn't even hiding hers anymore either!

Dang. I was just mentally venting about all the relationship angles that are never covered in the Yuri I manage to find and whadya know?! Ex-girlfriends!

This is like 6th time someone's said that, so I want to point out that ex-girlfriends are nothing revolutionary in yuri. There are a bunch of stories that focus on that. Whether it's the main couple or (far more often) a side-couple.
Like an entire arc in AnoKIss was devoted to a couple getting back together after a break up, for example.

Well I like guys in yuri stories, They make the story feel real. Plus I like to see the guy lose. And, that one is as bad as it sounds. heteronormativity bores, and annoys me.

I'd rather skip the entire love triangle altogether, thanks.

And what do you mean, by "there is no competition."?

If no guys are around the perceived "main competition" to the love interest is eliminated. Just by the virtue that lesbians are much rarer than straight girls. Of course the amount of lesbians in yuri works is usually disproportionate to reality.
Naturally yuri revolves around lesbians first and foremost, so males do not pose any "threat" anyway, but as you can see many readers are rather paranoid and sensitive about that.

Damit you know what I meant here! The word male is in quotes for a reason damnit! As I tell my nitpicy friends, all the time: Don't listen to what I say, listen to what I mean.

Eh...? Sorry, I don't read hearts, only text.

That is just as reproachable as erasing males. It implies girls cant develope true feelings unless they are challenged by male presence... As if the natural order is for them to fall head over heels for a boy the moment he exists. And then there are bisexuals.

That not my issue, it's the yuri manga, and animes writer's issue. They are the ones that often treat homosexuality as an "innocent mistake of youth".

That's a super outdated thing. Yuri authors haven't done that trope for decades. That kind of outcome is the exception by now and rightfully treated as blasphemy. Yuri-bait might as well receive the death penality around here...
Basically, don't make such hasty assumptions about all-girls school settings. These days they just get used, because there is no competition and its easier to write.

Yeah but i've seen that in Japan sometimes they use the word "Yuri" even if there isn't any kind of romantic feeling involved (Subtext/Shoujo Ai)

[Obligatory reminder that "Shoujo Ai" does not exist]

There is also no indication that Tarumizu knew what Hayama looked like before meeting her. She could’ve just assumed, considering Hayama was the only person in the club room. Tarumizu transferred to join Hayama’s photography club, so if there’s only one person in the room, that was probably her only guess.

Anyway, this is all just an argument to prove that it isn’t Hayama, and while it seems like we’re just picking at the straws for clues, I’m hesitant to believe it is her, or that her being the “Sunset Girl” would impact the story at all (or at least, compared to Amane being the girl instead).

And I do think the “Sunset Girl” photo is important to the story since it was brought up and Tarumizu specifically asked about it. Hayama also followed up commenting on her slump, and the year it was taken seems to add up with Amane and Nene’s middle school years, so I remain skeptical of it.

I personally still think there’s more evidence pointing towards it being Amane than Hayama (plot wise), or even more unlikely, a third-party might be involved. There is less reason for Hayama to be involved in this drama if she has no connection to Amane and Nene, and this may be it.

Okay, but if she adores her work so much how likely is it that she never saw a interview with a photo of her? Just a process of elimination really.

Alright, then let's flip it on its head. What if that photo was not taken by Hayama? What if Hayama is the model in the photo, but the photographer is Amane for example? That would make it relevant for the plot and also give a reason why she seems so slumped over it. If she used a picture she didnt even shoot herself and won it could really hit her motivation.

I just want to add that Hayama does not need to be extremely connected to Amane and Nene to be relevant. I can already tell that this story will follow several pairings. If MC and Hayama are actually going to be the main couple of the story then there will be plenty of focus on her either way.

Your description was indeed alluring, but I can read "Keep in mind the story is really not sexual" about that title... Muh. I saw at most a few kisses, nothing more. Sorry, useless, and infinitely boring.
Huge gap AND realistic sex-related issues = Koi Kaze, you won't beat that.
I hate purely romantic stuff because it's so unrealistic.

Sorry, but 11 year olds tend to not have much of a sex drive yet and shouldn't be involved in sexual acts. That's not unrealistic, but just common sense. The older woman is naturally a pedophile, so by going for the purely romantic route you reduce the disgusting aspects of the situation. If the woman holds back because she knows it's wrong, then that's also realistic.
Having sexual urges does not mean acting on them. You really seem a bit too enthusiastic about that and belittle a work that does not go down this problematic route...
