Unfortunately, it seems that this series will focus on a different couple each chapter, so it kinda is a one-shot.

That being said, these two were so sweet and adorable together that I don't even mind. The "We've already been together 10 years and we're still super in love with each other!" bit really got to me.

Edit: Okay, so for everyone who's confused as to why Homura x Hitomi is even a thing, this ship comes from the Bonus Route of the official 2012 PSP game. Specifically, at the beginning of the route Hitomi says she'd be gay for Homura.

Later on, Homura gets Sayaka and Hitomi to "duel" each other over over the whole love triangle thing with Kyousuke. Hitomi ends up giving up on Kyousuke, and Homura comforts her, letting her cry into her chest. After that, it really does seem like Hitomi developed a crush on Homura, as seen here and here.

So yeah, Hitomi x Homura is like my guilty pleasure crackship. It's 100% unrealistic and would have absolutely no chance of working out at all, but Hitomi gushing over Homura and Homura having no clue why is funny and cute.

For those unaware, this picture actually showed up in the official FGO: Learning with Manga anime. Even better, the artist who drew this is actually Helena's official artist.

The MC was soooo dense. That being said, the customer/her RL friend is too stubborn or embarrassed to come out and say that she's the same person, so.

Kind of a sad story, but it doesn't seem too hopeless for them to eventually come to their senses and start dating.

Oh, this was pretty funny. At the very least, Sakuya's plan worked! A little too well...

By the way, it seems like this is the sequel to another doujin involving Sakuya and Meiling, does anyone know what that one is called?

On a serious note, I like the reflection on the bottom of this, it's a nice touch to an already great picture.

Okay, I read through the entire thing, so here are my thoughts:

I liked this more than I expected I would. There were things that really annoyed me - namely, the gratuitous Ecchi scenes and the pacing, but in general I did like the characters and story.

I will agree that the last few chapters definitely seemed rushed, though. And Chapter 23 in particular seemed like it was throwing a bone to all of the readers that were shipping Miyaji and Yukimori, as if the author knew that he would piss them all off with the yuri ending. Hey, maybe that was why the manga ended up rushed - the magazine cancelled it because it was going more and more towards an actual yuri end!

As for the yuri itself, I'm really glad that the author went through to with it, especially when you look at the earlier chapters. Yukimori's and Sarina's relationship, while also kinda rushed, was still pretty enjoyable overall with them getting closer and Sarina's realization in Chapter 20. I do wish there was more time to develop it, and to just show them dating. That last panel of Chapter 20, with the closeted girl classmates secretly being happy about the kiss was a nice touch.

Finally, I was wondering - is there a Volume 4 Special? There were specials for the other volumes too, which is why I'm asking.

I'm 100% okay with this development.

She may be a third wheel, but she doesn't seem too upset about it.

This first chapter kinda feels like it's rushing to introduce the premise. If you think of it as an actual situation it'd be quite unbelievable

How so? I agree that the chapter was too short, but nothing seems too outlandish to happen in real life. I mean, it does seem silly for them to bully the loner girl like that over just drawing manga, but high schoolers can be jerks like that. Plus it seemed that she was already unpopular before this happened.

Rereading this, I notice that it feels more like less of an Incest story so much as an Age Gap story, if that makes any sense. The niece isn't angsting at all over that fact that it's her aunt she's in love with - that aspect of their relationship is only mentioned at the very beginning and isn't brought up again. Of course, this could change over the course of the story.

This isn't really a criticism or anything, just an observation.
