The first part of the latest chapter made the second part obvious to me: Sulfur's attempt at acting evil was far too awkward for it to be anything other than a ruse, and Utena knew it the whole time. The question is, is this how Vena actually wanted things to go?

You answered your own question. The series is on break for the october release, and the next release is in January. That means no new chapters until January.

As I understand it, Korone has literally made herself sick before by refusing to sleep, so I get it when her chat worries about her. Still, you shouldn't flood chat with "go to sleep" messages.

I feel I miss some context here. What on earth is a situation voice drama? And what does she mean by "as punishment".

It's a (usually) short piece where a voice actor (or vtuber in this case) roleplays as their character in a particular situation. A fairly common one is where the scenario involves them going out on a date with the listener, so the fans can imagine that they're actually dating their idol.

You know guys, I have a suspicion. The hints are really subtle, so I'm not certain, but putting the pieces together I've come to an earthshaking conclusion.
