The sleepover chapter can go a lot of ways. I expect it to be VERY awkward, granted that the three of them have never hung out together, and because Honami is probably really inexperienced when it comes to these things (as she is with everything). I mostly can’t wait to see how Kaede will react to the whole dropped honorifics thing. Anyways, totally hyped for the next chapter!

Also, does anyone else notice how Fuyuki, his mom, and Kaede’s relationship kinda mirrors Honami, her dad, and Konatsu’s relationship (wing-parents ftw).

I was listening to U2's With or Without You while reading this chapter for the third time. I think Sei's pain of loving Yoru (surrendering to the temptation of having sex with her) fits the song quite well. Although I feel bad for her, I don't completely sympathize with her lot in life.
I cringe at the fact she sleeps with Aya who's a student. Maybe it's part of the internal logic of the manga that Haruki didn't call the cops on Sei. But in real life, Sei would lose her license asap, be sent to jail, while Aya would be in years of therapy or counselling.

Oh oh oh. Flashback arc starts.
It's obvious Shiho has lotsa secrets. Layers over layers of secrets. I'm afraid this is gonna be like the Miyuki flashback arc in 1 x ½... that is: after a few chapters all about Shiho, people are gonna start writing that they're utterly sick and tired of this flashback drama crap and wanna return to Saeko x Miwa now.

Not gonna lie.

Unless I'm hooked on a side character, I don't enjoy flashbacks involving side characters. There's one that I love in Hana Ni Arashi (the kinda-ex-love-interest senpai) and I liked that it was a balance of building exposition and then rolling it out. Many flashback arcs have been dragged on so painfully slowly that I understand why folks would rather scratch their eyeballs out than carry on reading the stuff.

Btw was that a real tv show that Miwa was watching? I don't think I know those characters.

Well, Glee was mentioned here. Maybe it's that show. I can't remember any American TV show that had a lesbian power couple in it and was taken seriously. Granted, it said "Western" but Glee had been such a worldwide phenomenon it had a Japanese dub.

Really don't think this is yuri and it's not even tagged as yuri on comicwalker. Hope that changes, but honestly I doubt anything will go beyond than the hinted secret obsession they had for each other as seiyuus before they met. Aside from that it's a pretty refreshing concept. Strongly reminds me of Oshi ga Budokan which was another great read/ watch.

I believe that bringing her to the hot spring is a way for the husband to manipulate the wife into staying with him. He pretends to give her a present (the hot spring) as a way to have more emotional control in the relationship, to make the wife believe that he is capable of changing.
The fact that the hot spring water will cause even further pain to the wife's cuts symbolizes the husband's deceptive nature.

First time I read this one shot. Wish I hadn't.

The bastard taking his wife to a hot spring sounds like he's planning to murder her. Maybe I'm just watching too much detective drama. But still, I'd be very uncomfortable at the thought of an abuser taking his battered wife to a place where some spots would be secluded. I'd probably call the cops on him.
