Don't be unfair, Himari and Yori's arc continued to develop. Yori got jealous of Himari becoming Laureley's manager, they talked it out, had their first kiss and slept together, they would've even probably done the deed had Himari not fallen asleep. Faster development as a 'side' couple than some main couple get in their manga.

Miorine being more charismatic and likeable in a few pages of fanwork than in the entirety of canon.

She had a few very charismatic moments, episode 7 when she makes the proposal for Gund-Arm and episode 24 when she announces the dissolution of the Benerit Group come to mind.

There's a pic of Suletta and Miorine's wedding drawn by one of the animators in the artbook that just came out, I hope it gets posted here if it gets scanned.

True, it forms the backbone of most major developments in the story.

Pretty sure The Witch from Mercury is the first one where the main protagonists are shown to be married at all in the show itself and not just some side material, so if anything it's more than usual.

I love all the pieces where the artists manage to squeeze both rings in.

And then they sell wedding figures so even that can be driven by merchandise.

This timeline where Gundam spawned one of the best yuri couples of all time is unexpected but I'm not complaining.

^^The image of Miorine clinging on to Suletta and helping her get up and walk is so sweet I honestly consider it part of why the ending is so happy. And obviously the earlier scene in space where Miorine goes to rescue Suletta and breaks out crying thinking she died which then turns into relief.

This sounds crazy, but I had the same thought while reading the chapter.

So I am a little confused at this development because earlier in the story the assassination director stated that the best way to use assassins is to give them what they want or else they might turn against you, and now they're just like "alright we NEED to blackmail her to keep her under our thumb" and it's like I get that they don't want to lose what is their best agent but I feel like they already know the correct answer here which is that you don't make an enemy out of someone exceptionally good at killing people, who has also proven to be exceptionally good at keeping attackers at bay.

And like okay if Father Shirafune gets targeted for a liquidation she's not going to do it and they know that at this point, but again like y'all you saw her do that thing with the broken glass just make her kill some priests she doesn't have a connection to and call it a day.

She thinks Rose might be double-crossing them with the church. She understandably thinks that her being the lover of father Shirafune's daughter is too ludicrous a coincidence to be the whole truth.

Back together where they belong.

Three volumes is the standard length for axed series so I fear that's what's happening.

According to the author's twitter, the series is skipping this month's issue of Yuri Hime and ending next chapter.

Akira's growing self-doubt also got a lot of focus in the past few chapters so it would be strange to just cut that all off here.

Obviously. It's her last day out.

Does he even exist? There is no conclusive proof as of yet that there are any men in this world at all.

I assume they exist offscreen simply because every girl so far has only had a single mom shown. You'd think they'd show two if that was how it's meant to work.
