Hibiki really wants to fuck Miku, so she lies and spins it as being necessary for "Magical Medical Reasons". She feels super guilty though. Miku isn't an idiot and checked with their old boss and knows Hibiki is just really horny for her, but Miku is too cowardly to call Hibiki on it so she plays along with the lie.
